I have been feeding nothing but water the past few days. The Trichomes are cloudy at the moment except for a couple of the buds that’s lower. buds are definitely getting fatter and covered in trichomes. I’m thinking maybe another week before harvest. I need to figure out a way to cool my temp down to before the drying process. I’m in a apartment so it’s kind of difficult. The lowest it’s gotten was 70. I’m not sure if that would be enough for a slower dry. Let me know what you think.

Does too much stretch decrease yields?

Hey there CoolassNinja, basically it's not the stretch that causes decreases in yield but it's the causes of the stretch that causes decreases in yield. For example plants stretch because of lack of light, lack of light , lack of yield. plants stretch because of heat and other environmental conditions , poor environmental conditions decrease yield. On the other hand some folks intentionally cause a stretch at the very beginning on purpose then dial everything in, they end up with bigger easier to manage (for them!) plants. In your case the stretch wont harm the plant in any way, if you could get your temperature down a bit before that would help with the density and the yield at the end. But beyond that you can rest assured you're going to get a killer harvest. Hope this helps ! 🚀

Nice buds. You could definitley use more light and keep light as close to plant as possible. 70 degrees is pefect for drying. Bigger issue I always deal with is humidity. Heep humidity around 50-55 % and youll be good. Good luck fellow grower🤘

@StickyThumbz94,hell yeah,I totally get that. Ive been using cheaper lights for awhile but then i upgraded to viparspectra and wow, what a difference. Important part is you grew bud homie. I learned alot from this site. Good luck in the future👍

@BigbudzMagee, yeah I know. I don’t always get a chance to grow so I just used what I had at the moment. I’m definitely looking for a new one for the next run.

Also I think vegging for so long probably was may main mistake. It did stretch quite a bit. I’m not sure if that affects the yield or not

@StickyThumbz94, you'll be totally fine as it is , but it's better at the 23°C mark , you're pretty close, the way the flowers look the lack of density wont be so severe, but the only way to really know is to grow them out and see for yourself growmie . i'll drop by for some tokes around 2 weeks after harvest lol 🚀

@CRiSPrGrow, yes thanks. I have another light but it adds more heat which I don’t need. I’m not sure hope to keep it down at this stage. I have a larger tent I used last grow but it takes up too much space. The temps where more controllable in the larger one.
