This plant seems to be growing at a decent pace. There isn't much lower growth happening so I defoliated quite a bit to help with some growth. I also topped two of the 3 shoots. The one was self topped and I don't want to stress her much more.
Lower branches are starting to grow now, lowered the light as well as I had low lumens
