@m0use, OO. Gonna be having a look at this. My partner is the 1 who is dying to try your CBD seeds. Clearly I also want to try it. But she only smokes CBD doesn't like THC. She gets the greenies every time. And then sick.
Will be checking that out for sure. Thanks
Have you tested your custom dinamed kush cbd autoflower yet? Did you test it for thc and cbd or just consumed it? Im not growing (yet, but someday hopefully ^^) but I use growdiaries to gather info on cbd strains. Cbd works wonders for my chronic health problems. Im gonna buy some dinamed cbd plus before those seeds become completely unavailable and make some of my own seeds as well I think. That strain seems to be very appriciated so Im scared of missing out on some great genetics ^^. You did R1 seeds, I know very little of breeding, but what would be the best way to increase the chances that the thc and cbd ratio stays the same in the seeds, R1 or S1? That is my main concern, thc doesnt work for me.
Have a great day 👌
@m0use, I guess I would try to make R1 seeds first and foremost and it seems like it might be impossible not to make some S1 without even trying ^^? If I feel like its worth it I guess it would also be fun to send it off to test and see the cannabinoids and terpenes all listed out. Not only to make sure the new seeds are stable concerning cbd/thc ratio but also how close the values are to what Dinafem listed.
What I've gathered from watching tons of hours of cannabis-youtube, finding out what cbd strains are popular on this site, their respective reviews and so on, are that the first strains to grow would be in somewhat the following order:
CBD Mazar from Dutch passion
Dinamed CBD plus from Dinafem
Deep Candy CBD from Green house seeds
CBD Northern Lights from Seedstockers
Sweet Pure CBD from Sweet seeds
Charlotte’s Angel CBD from Dutch passion
Tatanka Pure CBD from Royal queen seeds
Skunk Dream CBD from Sensi seeds
Doctor Seedsman CBD 30:1 from Seedsman
I'm much more interested in indica type effects so that it works well to fall asleep on. That is what I use cbd mostly for. Calming, sleep inducing, pain reducing strains. It's very helpful that Dinafem and Dutch passion lists the terpene profiles.
I don't have any real experience with any of those seedbanks but some good hippie friends from Spain recommended Sweet seeds, Dinafem and Dutch passion to me about 8 years ago or so. So those are a shoe in for me. I trust my friends, they have been growing for decades. Green house seeds and Sensi seeds I feel like they SHOULD be good ^^, that is my gut feeling after all the research. Seedstockers and Seedsman are wildcards, I don't know if I should trust their genetics or not, never heard of them before. Royal queen seeds I don't trust at all. My hippie friends warned me of them saying they don't really test for hermies and they wouldn't even let one Royal queen seeds plant into their garden in fear of it pollinating the rest. I just find the strain Tatanka Pure CBD interesting so it might be worth it if I only grow one strain/plant at a time. However the comments from people on this site talk about a hermie problem with that strain.
Autos are more interesting for outdoor guerilla style for me. I guess my list would be
Red Pure Auto Cbd from Sweet Seeds
Pure Sweet Auto cbd from Sweet Seeds
CBD Auto Charlotte’s Angel from Dutch Passion
Purplematic Cbd from Royal Queen Seeds(just because I think it might be Dinamed Kush CBD Auto that they stole lol)
CBD Fix Automatic from Zamnesia(don't know about Zamnesia, another wildcard for me, have a special feeling towards Northern Lights so thats why its on here. First weed I ever smoked was homegrown Northern Lights ^^)
Pink Kush CBD 30:1 Auto from Seedsman (again I suspect it might be Dinamed Kush CBD Auto that they stole)
I would consider myself fortunate if I would have a chance to grow any of them lol. I dont have the luck to be living in a cannabis friendly country. Thank you for your advice and God Bless. 🙏
