Hello everyone, how is growing? So this time I working on 2 plant of Northern Lights from #RoyalQueenSeed, with a set up slightly improved. Now I’ll use two different lights, both LED from #HydroMars, the TS600 for the vegetative stage and the TS1000 during the flowering stage. My main goal this time is achieve the harvest point in no more then (120 days). Which the 14 first days will be on (24/0) and the following 28 days on (18/6) in their vegetative stage (42 days). The remaining ones, I will transfer to flowering on (12/12). However, I decide to reduce the harvest to 90 days, I know it would make a big difference this 30 extra days. I decided to do that, because the fact the plats were TOPPING, and they are pretty much small, I think the are show great sights of harvest time today at (day 72 ). The plants will be flushed on day 76 and the will be on for other 2 weeks and I call it good! I’ll keep using the #BioBizz product as fertilizer

Hello everyone, how is growing? Day 01 - After three days from germination I transfer them straight to final vase (11L) with BioBizz All Mix Soil, which I had just watered the first 1/3 of it. The idea is force since day one the roots to grow towards the wet bottom. Day 03 - Just observation day Day 07 - I watered them with 500mL mix with 0,5mL of BioBizz Grow each, I follow the same idea, wetting only the bottom part off the soil. So far, the plants seems to be doing well.

Hello Buddies, how is growing? The plants are looking very healthy and with a fast grow speed. I can wait for the flowers. I will be changing the light time from now on to 18/6 for the next 2 weeks. I'll using the TS1000 and TS600 for now on. During this stage, I believe there’s nothing to do but wait. Day 09 - I watered them with 500mL each Day 14 - I watered them with 750mL each

Hello guys, how is growing? The plants looks very happy and strong. It is remarkable their development with the new light, besides being fast, the quality of the leaves and the speed of growth are incredible. I can't wait to relish them. Day 22 - First application of Bio-Grow and Top-Max, 1L of water for each one . Day 24 - Topping Both plants, and I did extract both branches from the first nodes. I started the training on the remaining branches. Day 25 - Defoliation of fun leave and training again

Hello everyone, how is growing? The plants recover well since I did the topping on them, they are looking very healthy and vigorous, with such beautiful leaves, nice shades of green without any sigh of any kind of food deficiency or disease. I will not defoliate them this week, only training them. Day 30 - Plants were watered with 1L, I spotted with dark brown mushrooms on both after water them, I'll be checking more about and keep watching them close. I did introduce some basil seeds on them as well just for a trial, they already sprouted. Day 31 - Training Day on them, the Plant 1 had a slow growth rate in on of the stems, however, it seems to being catching up okay. The plant two on the other hand had shown an amazing symmetric grow. Both of them already starting to show slowly some sights of changing for the flowering stage, however, I'll keep the same light schedule for another week. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the results of the topping, the new ramification are strong and get even more exposed to the light. Day 32 - I moved the fun leaves under the other stems, instead of defoliant them, so the stems can get more light. Day 34 - The plants were watered with Bio Grow, Top Max and Bio Bloom

Day 36 - Defoliation and Training on the plants, removing the fan leaves and rearranging the stems. I watered them with Bio-Grow, Top-Max, Bio-Bloom (1L each). The plant 1 is growing a bit faster them the 2, even though they both are showing flowering signs everywhere. I chance the light schedule to 12/12. Day 40 - The plants have completely recovered from the topping. It was noticeable a fast growth on their secondary stems, making the canopy even. Because of the current heatwave we are having I decided to water them 4x during this week, each one with a 500mL of water + Nutrients, so I can manager the air and soil humidity easily.

Hello everyone, what's growing on? So lads, this week I'll add some Big Bud Coco in their nutrition. Day 43 - The plants were defoliated and removed some of the bottom buds that weren't developing well, so to avoid waste of energy and nutrients. I hope this help the main colas in their grow. Day 46 - They are doing great and I already can sense from the flowers. The plant 1 is spreading well and with an even canopy, while the plant 2 is getting very dense and bushy. Both of them are being trained daily. Because of the hot days we had, they got 500mL a day before light time.

Day 50 - Both plants have being thirsty lately, so besides water them more often, I added some clay pebbles to cover all the ground surface, hopefully this can help them. I rearranged the stems to expose the bud as maximum as I could. Day 53 - They are looking very healthy and strong, the smell of mango fruit is in the air already. Comparing with the previous grow, it is clear that the 2 lamp (Mars TS 1000) is helping a lot in the development of plants. The pebbles are helping to contain the soil moist for longer as expected.

Hello Smoking Buddies, how is growing? Another Beautiful week here in our gardening, and the flower are showing an amazing growth rate on the last few days. Day 64 - The plants were trained and defoliated, I noticed that some leaves are getting yellow on the plant 1, I suspected it is due to overfeeding. Day 67 - As suspected, the plan 1 shown more sighs that something is wrong, I'll water it with water only and wait a few days to take a decision Keep Growing 😎

Hello everyone, how is growing? I noticed some leaves turning yellow on the last week, I'm not sure if I overfeed them or if it is some kind of reaction because I put a new fun in the grow. Does anyone have the same kind of situation? Because it happened only in one of the plant
Solved
Leaves. Color - Yellow

High Captain, The cause of this dificiency could be pH issues or overfeeding. So to find out the problem here you need to measure the pH from your soil to make sure that this is not the cause. I will explain how to do this. And if the pH is in the right range then you need to flush the old nutrients out of your soil so you can start giving the right amount of nutrients again after doing this. I will explain you how to measure pH in soil first. And how to flush the nutrients out of your soil after. For measuring pH in soil just follow these steps. Your pH should be around 6.2. 1. Place soil sample about ¾ full in sample jar and add distilled water to cover soil. 2. Cap the jar and shake the soil vigorously a few times. 3. Let mixture stand 10 minutes to dissolve the salts in the soil. 4. Place the pH tester into the wet soil slurry. 5. Measure pH and record measurement. If the pH is in the right range then flush out the nutrients with a good flush of your soil and I will explain you how you can do that the best. You can do this flushing by slowly pour water pH 6.2 onto the top of the soil, allowing it to drain freely from the bottom of the pot. Pour slowly, so the water doesn't overflow from the top of the pot. Use approximately four times the pot's volume in water to flush the soil. For example, use 1 gallon of water for a 1 quart pot. After the flushing you need to let the soil (almost) dry out completely. From there you can start giving water with pH 6.2 and nutrients but do not exceed EC 1.8 to make sure that you don't overfeed them in their last weeks. Happy Growing! 😋

Hello everyone, how is growing? After many considerations and some analyses of the plants situations a bit closer, I decided to short their flowering stage. My first plan was to harvest them before 120 days of grow, however, after the PLANT 1 show some kind of deficiency or something related to the environment, both plants will have 30 days less. I know that those 30 days could make a huge difference on their final yield, however I don't want to take an extra risk. The plants were completely flushed one day ago, My plan is to harvest them in 2 weeks time, give or take. The flowers already show an amazing size and frosting, along side amazing termp already changing color to a goldish brown. The PLANT 2 didn't show any sigh of problem, however, I want to check if this will make any difference on their characteristic. Please, if you have any suggestion or advice, give a shout, 😏😎 Day 71 - Both plants were flushed Day 76 - Plant 1 has slow down the yellow leaf process. both of them are showing amazing buds grow and getting fatter anyhow Keep growing!

It is never to late for a better house. I got a brand new #MarsHydroGrowTend 1m square and an Inline Duct Fan and Filter, so I decide to move everyone inside, even though the girls have only few days to go. I will be monitoring them close, just to check how they will react to the new environment. Day 78 - The plants were watered without nutrients.

@CaptainKurryKush, Curious how the toping goes for your ladies. Since this is my first grow and with autos I decided to just to some leaf tucking and LST when they get a bit bigger. I did transplant last night into final 5 gal fabric pots; roots looked great and they did not seemed bothered by the repotting. Fighting with humidity this week, but should be improving with increasing exhaust and adding a small dehumidifier. Excited to see your progress.

Hey there friend. Would you be alright with me offering some pointers to help? So cannabis plants LOVE heat and humidity. It is the buds that hate it. In veg we want to take advantage of this fact to help our plants grow along much quicker and more vigorously. In veg we can look for temps of 79-84 MAX with lights on & no more than 9 degrees less with lights off. If we allow for too much temperature swing between lights on and lights off while the plant is still growing vertically up to day 20 of flower, We will cause the plant to stretch ALOT which we do not want. So in veg & early flower, Keeping our temperature gaps nice and close between lights on and off is key. Utilizing humidity in our rooms during veg will also help out a lot with more rapid growth but we must introduce it properly. In our rooms we have our temperature and humidity set-points, But when we combine those 2 it forms a third set-point which is the most important & that is called VPD, Vapor pressure deficit. I strongly recommend every new grower or old grower who has not learned it yet, To study and understand it & implement it into your room, Logging your numbers daily. https://cerescann.com/importance-of-measuring-vpd/ For soil, We generally want to go for a PH of 6.1 This website does a GREAT job of illustrating it with a nice graph & very good detailed explanation for soil. https://autoflowerseedshop.com/cannabis-ph-chart-guide/ As we briefly touched on before, During veg & early flower we want our temperature gap's nice and tight to avoid stretch. Why exactly our plants stretch in response to this is a genetic trigger being activated by the environmental stress essentially telling the plant the end of the season is closer than it really is. In veg & early flower the plant is still in its first stage of development which is to grow up wide and tall so when it produces seed, It can cast them out nicely. Remember, Whether we are growing our plants for seed or bud their genetic responses do not change as they do not know any different. Once the plant has finished that first stage of growth by weeks 4-6 of flower with most strains, It is by day 20 of flower. Autoflowers you have to watch for it, But once the plant has finished this goal its new mission is to focus 100% on producing nice big flower clusters & to get very sticky so it can attract pollen to it successfully. So once that vertical growth is finished, We actually now want to begin to expose our plants to larger temperature swings between lights on and lights off. This will help activate that genetic response and allow us to draw out the most potential from the strain utilizing the plants genetic triggers to environmental stresses at the right times. We can also take this a step further with doing light deprivation in the last 2 weeks using less light to simulate cloud cover. Very cold feed temps on the last flush is very good too. If you do not have them already, Get yourself a good PAR meter & thermal laser temp gun to monitor your plant top temperatures & optimize how much light your plants are getting. We are currently in the middle of producing a very comprehensive tutorial series for everybody to learn from & understand how to grow the highest level craft cannabis all on their own. Our first 2 installments are focusing on the basic fundamentals and we are using autoflowers for them before moving onto more advanced series with photoperiods. If this interests you please check out our youtube and subscribe. The first 2 episodes are out the next one is coming in a few days. If you should ever have any questions or need any help, Please feel free to follow my profile and shoot me a DM. I will gladly help you with the pull down & make sure you get the best quality harvest possible as it is the most important step of the entire process. I really think you would benefit a lot from our tutorial series hop over to our youtube and check it out the third episode just went live yesterday.
