I planned this grow in advance. It was fun to setup.
This autoseason has some disadvantages, lots of rain and wind so I decided to give this batch an indoor start. Feels a bit as cheating but all for the buds.
10 seeds are budget auto lemonhaze. 2 seeds are RQS', they came up the fastest, in 24hrs from being put under soil.
I want to grow these plants around 3 weeks under the lamp before going outside and start last batch of outdoor auto's in the tent :D
Looking for optimal led height.
RQS' Northern Lights auto and Diesel auto look very sophisticated and detailed. They are standing in the middle. Rest of the plants are auto lemon Hazes and they have may varieties. Two are growing very fast and two are stunted.
At least one more week of indoor growing before going outside in a bigger pot.
Plants grew fast. They're ready for going out now but they have to wait 2 more days. I had troubles finding balance between watering and nutrition.
I'm waiting for some good soil in two days and I will transplant these girls in their 3g pots outside.
I hope they make it two more days in this poor Cocomixture and that they survive a transplant in far richer soil in the sun.
I left the plants inside for a few days too long. But my soul wasn't ready. So all the plants got repotted while a bit sick.
Assoon they entered the big pot they recovered in one day, didn't stop growing . In fact they thrived instantly.
Now they are fully adapted and full steam. The same 3 plants who have stunted growth since first week stay behind. The rest is healed.
Solid flowering. Some plants are flowering very fast others take it slow. Most are smelling citronella like. As mosquito candles. But two are getting also sweet odeur. Curious to development
Average week. Mostly cloudy. Plants don't grow in size anymore. Everything is going to the flowers.
Some of the lemon Hazes start to smel a bit more complex then just lemon.
We had 8 straight days above 30 Celsius, below 40% humidity. Plants were on the limit and working hard.
Growing outdoor is absolutely an amazing journey but not for the faint hearted 😘
I had to water the plants 2/3 times a day and manage nutrition in between.
I was on the edge of overfeeding, some burned leaf tips are visible.
They're not finished yet. But chopping window is starting.
This week we have thunderstorms and rain.
Plants are inside my barn now. I really hope for better wheater circumstances soon. Just a few more of those sunny days please :) We have 90% humidity now. Checking for budrot twice a day.
Video is after 8 day heatwave, just before first thunderstorms.
The super auto lemon Hazes are growing fastest. Some smell sweet and orange other are pure lemon . Very pleasant. Not provocative. Many phenotypes. These are relatively cheap local seeds. I'm still excited with these girls. So different but all attractive ☺️.
The Northern Lights Automatic is going strong solid and is swelling. In looks it difficult to see difference with some lemon Hazes but the smell is distinct and recognisable.
The Diesel Automatic is my lovehate. She is doing difficult from beginning and became a small plant with vulnerable leafs. Buds are small but megapotent and impressively characteristic. This strain is far more interesting and layered than expected.
This freebee was first of the batch to sprout.
It had beautiful looks. Delicate. Unfortunately this plants was growing indoor on pretty much empty Cocos and 3 weeks old before I took her outside in healthy soil.
Plant suffered with deficiencies all the way and needed extra care.
Plant grew small in size but made the best possible buds.super compact, a fresh sharp diesel odeur and only a few little green leaves. Sugerleafs are pointy solid and sharp.
This seems to be a very interesting strain. I am surprised.
I never had any serious diesel interest but this plant changed that.
I wonder what this plant will do in optimal conditions
10 plants super auto lemon Hazes. One remained small despite intensive care. No real buds on that one. Very airy.
One plant got budrot one one branche. I saves the rest of the plant apart but it was stressed and got seeds in the buds.
8 plants harvested, dried and cured.
This was a tryout with seeds from Seed genetics.
Plant was joy to grow but had many varieties in phenotypes.
All produced well in my sub optimal outdoor circumstances.
Nice looking so far! Do be VERY careful when you transplant as autos really HATE being transplanted and you could stunt their growth if you manhandle them ... so gently Gently GENTLY!! Good luck!
Very nice. Looks like they didn't skip a beat on the uppot. Once you do it right, uppoting only helps make for better stronger roots, as you know.
Congrats on your harvest.
@gottagrowsometime, thank you. I will post some root pictures @ harvest.
Happy healthy roots everywhere 😍 I agree. If done right repotting will only kickoff further growth
