Plants are looking healthy and sprouted evenly after 1 week.
Soil- 70% Fox Farm OF/ 30% Perlite. Perlite was rinsed in RO water at 7ph then soaked in Cal-Mag at 1.75 ml/ gal prior to planting seeds. Soil was amended with FF Happy Frog Flower and Down to Earth 4-4-4 at half the rate of each along with worm castings and mycorrhizae.
Water- well water at 6.5 ph/ 71 degrees. Water is premixed in reservoir (trash can) and kept circulating by aquarium pump and 2 air stones!

Sorry to hear that buddy but don’t sweat it, they’ll get better every time and you’ll learn something EVERY SINGLE TIME! I looked at them and they don’t look bad to me, still plenty green!

I’m not sure the exact days that I defoliated. I just pull a leaf or two at a time, nothing drastic!!! I checked yours out and they’re looking great!!!!

Thanks dude, I sure appreciate it!!! I used 2 dry amendments( Down to Earth 4-4-4 & Happy Frog F&F 4-9-3 ) and Diatomaceous Earth w/ FoxFarm Cal Mag. I’m no expert but if you have any other questions feel free to ask.
