The heatwave was not helpful. Couldn't get the temperature below 30. Was mostly between 30.2 and 31.8°. And with that said, I have to admit that I overwatered the plants a bit. But I guess tomorrow will be all back to normal. I also started LST to avoid the same mistake I made last time.

There are some really big upper leaves, which are blocking the light and airflow for some of the grow nodes? Is it safe to get rid of all of them? Should I leave them where they are?

Its completely fine, in fact recommended to remove any fan leaves blocking any bud sites. Just try to remove the fan leaves that are in the way from where their stems meet the main branch. Good Luck!👍

Hi @Amikaro! If those upper leaves are creating shades onto new growth or bud-sites, then you can go ahead and tuck them. Defoliation is highly recommended when some parts of the plant can't get enough light. However, I see your plants don't have a lot of leaves, so do it slightly and remove only 2 leaves at a time. Hope this will help, keep us up-to-date and happy growing 👊

@Amikaro About the heatwave, if you have an electric atomizer, you can put ice cubes into the diffused solution. You can also put big iced bottles of water in front of your air-intraction. I'm also experimenting the heatwave, but with a good airflow and the atomizer diffusing fresh&wet air, plants don't seem too much affected.

Hi there ! My best advices is to knit your leaves together of you don't want to cut them ! If you still wanna cut them you can only remove those which are blocking light , defoliation will increase light penetration and your air flow around your buds ! It's up to you now

Our cheese xxl is one of our most vigorous autoflowering strain, as you are finding out 👍. I would give feed at 1/4x recommended strength as she does require extra feed. For example. If you feed 4ml/l increase to 5ml/l 👍 You are off to a great start my friend, we will be watching with interest 👍 Let's see what our cheese xxl auto does in your garden 👊 We have confidence she will do very well indeed. Good luck mate, we will check back in on the next update ✌️ All the best Mark..
