waughsome look at these baby's go. reaching for the sky! so far just feeding good old tap water left in a bucket with lid for a couple days stirring occasionally. then ph to 6 at feeding times(roughly 2-3 days). all equipment is working great, i decided to start off with just the veg. switch on my lights and put the plants closer to the light to minimize stretching. so far so good. had to go out and buy a humidifier because its dry as hell here and im still fighting to keep it at 50! oh well they seem to be happy. cheers till next week dudes and dudettes
Hey there, get yourself to harvest with a smiley face(aka has all the necessary data and photos) and then when you get to the N.OTM link it will allow you to sign up. If your still having problems, there could be a glitch and then you should message the GD team.
Ńot for you bro till you harvest and finish a diary :) GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR GROW!

waughsome im going to start off with the bad news guys, runty is dead. he was just struggling to much and wasnt going to produce anything so i ended its suffering. on the plus side all of my other girls are doing great. ive had to transplant them into their final pots already because the medium size i got were a little too small. forgot to mention last update i started them on my nutrients and they are taking them with zero signs of stress. everything is going according to plan!

waughsome week 6! there coming along nicely, no complaints. keeping the humidity up and temp down is a constant battle but they're pretty hardy little girls. getting ready to switch the lights to 12/12. wanted to go 2 monthes but i cant wait any longer. next time i will grow them out longer but for the first grow i just want to play around and get a feel for it. so far very pleased with the results! they are smelling amazing already and not even flowering yet!!!

waughsome after a week of flower the girls are stretching like crazy my grow room is only 6 feet and the lights take up a third of that but i plan on doing a scrog net so i can just tie them off. we had a pretty intense heat wave come through and i came home from work one day to find the grow room at 86 and it was after a water too. they were not happy. but i grabbed a couple extra fans and turned the lights to veg for a couple hours, seemed to work good. aside from that it was a great week.
@ToadieK,the little bastard is really trying my patience though. im having to give it special treatment and im not getting much response from said treatment. its becoming a pain in my testicles.
@Tonino, thanks for the support man really appreciate it! you are the real hero here. id just be a loser growing loser weed without you guys having my back. were like brothers from other mothers. #bros fro. no. mo's!
Hyped for you man! You have waited long enough ⏱️ 😊good luck on your first grow, I’m on week 3 of my first grow, it’s exciting, I check my plants daily and I think it’s became an addiction haha, all the best! I will follow 😃🌱
@ItsLegalInMyHouse, thanks bro i feel like i did about 2 life sentences in the time ive wanted to produce my own herb. quick math at an ounce a month i probably could have saved about 50 000$ in the last 20 years but oh well, LOOK AT ME NOW!
@waughsome, anyone can do it dude, and here’s the secret - when they start to give you issues you get down real low, like right to their level on your knees.... Then, in your softest voice, whisper the following: “I’ve been gentle, patient and kind - NOW GROW THE WAY YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BITCH!!! Flick a leaf if you want to set an example for the rest.
Additionally, they’re females, so remember that you (if you’re a guy) were never really in charge to begin with. 😉👊👍 cheers!
@waughsome, As you complete each weeks entry you should see smiley faces at the top that change based on the information included. Conditions, nutrients, pictures, and comments (I believe off the top of my head) are the areas that have smiley faces each week. And I also believe the diary overall gets a smiley face based on how complete the diary is. I know you can’t just post the last couple of weeks and still be able to join the contest. Hope that helps!
the girls are looking very good this week leaf are looking very healthy I think they will happy whit the nuts great job keep it up.is that blueberry a Auto or a photo ?
@Tonino, they are photo i actually started them on the nutes at week 3 forgot to mention it. also i accidentally clicked flower last update, there still in veg till week 6 or 8. sorry if you get this twice this is my second try, dont know if the last one went through
@waughsome Hi ! To enter the NOTM contest, your diary must be finished, you need to show harvest and a full report of the whole grow. Hope this helps, happy growing 👊
@waughsome, You're welcome, hopefully you'll be able to enter the contest in September, with a wonderful diary 💪Until then, good luck & happy growing 👊
@ToadieK,the little bastard is really trying my patience though. im having to give it special treatment and im not getting much response from said treatment. its becoming a pain in my testicles.
Welcome! You got twins on your first grow! I call that a good omen for bountiful harvests in the future. Looking good! If you have any questions, there is no shortage of experienced folks to help. Good luck!
@Stinkfox, thanks stinky how common are twins? am i that lucky. i like the pic, though its not looking good for lil runty. all the others are taking off and hes just chillin
@waughsome, I’m not sure. I got C99 twins the first time I grew it out.
Often the runty one doesn’t make it. I’m not sure if that’s because they are runty, or if it’s the degree of difficulty of separating them. Maybe a little of both.
