Finally got to the third week of flower and was able to clean the girl up....removed most fan leaves, pruned the lowest bud site on each branch and adjusted her ties. Schwazz!
How to ensure complete removal of aphids from grow tent? How long can they live without plants? Is soap solution enough to wipe out aphids present? I would like to use chemicals but not available in ontario. Sprayed with soap 3x but never seem to get them all, esp in flower tent.

You can even use it when your plant is in flower, with no worries.
If you don't have, or can't afford Dr. Zymes, grab a few cigarettes and rip them up into some isopropyl alcohol. It will pull the nicotine out of the tobacco. Then, dilute it a little with water and let loose. It should give them nicotine poisoning in under a minute, killing them.

it's the light when you say "not getting expectations" i know because i had the same exact light as you before and my plants always stayed short but produced some good stuff for how short it was, i switched to cmh and the plants got 10 times bigger, it still looks like some good stuff🙌
