Purple pheno #2*GRAPE PUPIL*mass medical

This strain is bred to be a very high % THC and a very aesthetic purple. I’m excited to see her bloom next month! She’s starting out stronger than some of my autos.

She was topped this week! Trying to keep this a quick grow, so she’ll probably be flipped to flower week 4.

Recovery week. Giving her another week to grow taller then switching to 12/12

Took about 3 days for her to realize she was under 12/12, then the stretch began!

Purple came out this week!

The purple is coming on strong in 2/5 of the plants! The other 3 are still pre flowering and may still change color.

2 out of 5 plants are totally purple from day 1! I’m hoping the other green guys just have putangs genetics and will color out pink towards the end. Trichomes are purple, it’s truly a unique strain.

Big improvement in trichomes the last week. She has thick purple ones on her leaves!

The buds are getting a lot thicker and taller. They’re starting to glaze with trichomes of both white and purple hues. She’s a very cool strain to have in the tent!

Most the pistils have turned brown. She’ll be ready for harvest soon! I want a majority of amber trichomes for a better indica smoke.

Her pistils turned brown and the bottom buds really grew in thickness! I’m going to begin flushing the purple plants hoping to harvest in 2 weeks!

She responded well to topping and yielded more than expected. This strain was a joy to grow, but I like anything purple. She had colorful hues straight out of preflowering and had I let the green pheno stand longer she may have been a little more purple too.
