Purple Kush + Gorilla Glue #4 - Grow 1

Went 0 for 5 on my first attempt at germination using paper towel method and Pro Mix Veg & Herb Mix. Planted the next 5 directly in Pro Mix HP soil (as guy at seed bank recommended) and 3 sprouted. Since they are Purple Kush plants, I named them Haze, Pills, and Nurple. Haze was born first, 48 hours after planting. Pills and Nurple appeared a day or two later. Nurple sprouted upside down, the taproot popped up out of the soil while her head stayed buried. I gave her a few days but she wasn't correcting herself, so I gently dug her up and planted her upright, but now she is only growing 1 leaf! They are stretching a bit too much. I have them under a 16 watt bulb that's probably not strong enough. Wondering if I should turn on my grow light instead.
