The shortest answer is - it depends. I've seen different people use the term lst to mean drastically different things. For myself, I aim to create the bend in the main stem (actually, more of an arc) above the 3rd node so I wait until the 5th node has begun (can just distinguish the leaves). Only the top inch or two of a stem is flexible enough to manipulate, GENTLY. If you look at my journal at week 3 you will see photos right after the first training wires are put in place. The next couple of weeks are spent keeping the main stem as level as possible. As branches catch up, they are trained to the same height. The longest are guided to the edge of the pot so the shorter ones are left in the center. I can usually maintain a plant height of 3 to 4 inches to the edge of the pot, which is about when flowering is ready to take off, so I let them turn upwards then. But this is MY definition of lst, others will have divergent processes with different results. What works for you is what's right for you. And experimentation is how we all learn things. Good luck.

Hi there What you need to do is get yourself a small jewellers loupe/magnifying glass and check your Trichomes its the most accurate way of checking, you want to start flushing when they’re all cloudy and starting to go amber.. Have a look on YouTube there’s lots of videos showing you exactly how to do it 👍 Best of luck 🌱

Proper feeding, don't overfeed. Don't overwater and mix a tablespoon of molasses in with every gallon before you water. Be patient! Wait until all the trichomes are at least cloudy/milky before you harvest. She'll thicken up nice over the next few weeks. I hope this helps.

First of all, get a microscope and keep a daily look out on your trichomes. https://www.royalqueenseeds.com/blog-knowing-the-time-is-right-to-harvest-your-cannabis-plant-n84 "Eventually, the resin will become mostly cloudy. At this stage, they hold the greatest levels of THC and will produce the most intense psychoactive effects. This is the point when most growers will want to harvest their crop. If left longer, the resin will turn from a cloudy colour into an amber one. Gathering at this stage will produce a more narcotic and physical high." and secondly regarding flushing, see this. Very informational. www.youtube.com/watch Good luck and happy growing

Patience my friend. When All your trichomes are cloudy, even if you see 5/10% amber. You are still ok Flush then. For a week or 2. Maybe flush when they are all cloudy if unsure . You can always just keep watering with water until you are happy with trichomes.

It depends on the individual plant and the specific growing conditions, not the packet, which is only a rough guide based on (usually) best outcomes. Personally I start a flush when there are about 95% brown pistils and harvest about 2 weeks later when there are 98-99% brown pistils. This will be when your plant is at its peak THC levels and it will also co-incide with the often quoted "10-30% amber trichomes" zone, without having to look too closely. This is also a simple and fool-proof method for new growers to judge their harvest timing on, as it is an easy visual indicator that is hard to muck up and a safe guide. Hope this helps, Organoman.

Ciao!
