New CBDV strain guys!!

Week 1, Seedling Day 1. Plant has just popped her head up, she is off and cotyledons are free, and ready to open up over the next day. She's only up a few hrs I reckon. Seedling D 2-3 Doing well. Is growing at a normal rate. Good steady growth, straight normal sets of little fans, so all is good. As the mix is 60/40 I'll not be adding any nutrients for a while, just water. But I do want to give them some taste of Green House Feeding Mineral Line just to get the soil conditioned. Like my water is 110 so after 7-10 days, I'll add grow to bring the ppm to 180ish. (On wk 2 now) Decided to add some bioenhancer at the end of this week, so growth might pick up, and gladly she has took hold and has picked up the pace a bit. No uppotting or topping, going to give normal growing of autos a go, let's see what happens. Welcome to my kannabia CBDV AUTO diary. Week 2, Days 7-14 Growth has picked up, now that I'm back home after my bout of covid. Plants suffered some, but my autos were OK.. done OK, even with low RH and high temperatures. Not as fast as her dream sherbet auto sister, but still not bad, solid genetics. I decided to give em a little extra kick with some grow. And I'm going to add another feed of bioenhancer on week 3. The FC 3000 is a great light, and the FC & FC-E have the new addition of a UV light that reaches a lower end of the spectrum making the RA of the light much closer to the sun spectrum. They have a much better uniformed ppfd than the TS but the TS are also great, and have a higher ppfd in the middle of the light, so I suggest if you are getting 1, move your plants around under the middle as it holds killer high ppfd. So rotate them ladies, you can pretty much do this with all leds though, as the middle is always higher, but it'll help, every 2 days shift them ladies about and rotate the plant so it sits and gets light in areas where it wasn't hitting as hard before, as with the sun, it moves, so you don't need to do this on the outside, In a tent you are trying your best to get a sun affect so why wouldn't you rotate and move em

Removed a couple of her big fan leafs to allow light to reach deeper into the plant. She still seems to be struggling with heat stress. Not much I can do about it. She should be able to take the higher temps now. I'm hoping she'll keep vegging for another 2-3 weeks. Hopefully she'll hit 40-50cm before she flips. Feels weird not topping her. She's healthy so, overall I'm happy with this pheno.. really strong genetics. Look forward to trying a few different kannabia strains. Am going to get 2-3 of their strongest female strains. As they have solid genetics that I really like. Think I'm moving away from autos though. I much rather grow females.. VD18-21 been a good week. Looks like she's pushed through your heat stress and is coming out the other side and has taken a nice shape. Currently she has 8 sets of nodes and her top.. and doesn't look like she's done throwing out sets yet neither. Currently as of today (day 28) she sits at 24cm & is healthy. That's it for this week. Welcome to my Kannabia CBDV auto sponsored run. 9/21 VD 22-24 Plant is doing great. Lovely shape. Has taken to LST well. And has thrown off any Heat stress issues she showed early on. Vegged out at 31cm 24 days total. Flipped quickly.. but i don't mind as she has a decent height, nodes are developed well. And she'll make for a really nice plant. PreFlower Days 1-2 days 25&26 (total 26 days). Have moved her into my 70cm2 where I can control the temp and light timing better she's under my p1000, might add a 2nd if it gets bushy... So if I like, I can stretch my plants a little. (Just drop the temp 5c +, usually 12hrs without the light during your coldest period should be enough then you can get them back on normal time) but with this gal I won't need to. Started her on short flowering also.. just a light 500ppm with -110 ambient tap. Thanks to my sponsor from kannabia who I dealt with, much appreciated.. 9/25 PRE FLOWER DAYS 1-4 28 days total.. Doing really well. Solid healthy growth. In pre flower around 4 days now. Going much lighter than I ever have with nutrients, but, I seem to always get burn. No matter how careful. But been I'm only using 1-3 nutrients and only 1 mainly a week. It might be different. Really dunno what to expect from this strain. As there are no diaries. So, let's see. Reads great. And I like the genetics they are very strong. All 3 plants have their own smell. I know plants all smell similar, but, you know the sweet ones, ones that are minty or earthy. The CBDV auto has a minty, earthy smell. And dream sherbet is lovely and sweet smelling. And the CBG is very earthy. But I only really did a stem rub on them today. And 2 of them are flowering and ones not. So maybe the sweet smell will come into the CBG. This plant is not as perky as the others. She went through the whole fungus gnat with a wet pot. Welcome to my Kannabia CBDV Auto Diary. PreFlowerDays 5-11 Days 29-35 36HRS LIGHTING THEN 12HR DARK REST EXPLAINED MAINLY: Really nice solid growth this week. Has take a lovely shape. And my 12hr rest every 48hrs seems to be working out well. In 3 plants it's trigged early fade. And I've managed to avoid any stretching, at all I reckon. As the 12hr rests are in the middle of our Day. And when it reaches later into the colder night. Our heating is on a termo so comes on when house drops into 20c for an hr. And I've been able to keep dark rest temps in a 3c range. But I reckon cause the dark rest is so long it's thrig the fade in 3 of my autos. So, 4 gets 24hrs in my 70cm2 for 24hrs and every night when I turn on my 100cm2 I change the autos out. I've 8 total.. so, I change 4 out every 24hrs so come from 24hrs getting a 100w then 12hrs off my FC 3000 and then into a 12hr dark rest and the cycle begins again. I was opening my tent every 6hrs during the dark rest and change out fems that weren't ready to be flipped and needed another week off veg while I was able to flip my other fems. So some autos were on a funny timetable but it didn't matter, they autos. But I tried to change out the autos so they were all given an 18hr veg.. and they still are in a way. Its just 2x 6hrs in 1 go. I have no idea what affect this will have on my autos, but honestly, this is the way its been run. I'm not changing plants and lights out. This works for me. And, thus far, its working good for me. They are getting an 18hr light they just get it all in 1 go. Pre flower Days 1-15 total Flower Days 1-3 (18 days total flowering) since planted 42days So, she's out of pre flower and starting to throw off lovely fade all over now. She has also picked up a lovely fruity punch smell. Hard to put q finger on it. But when moving I could smell her fruitiness. What a beauty she is. Best looking pheno I've grown thus far. Decided to up the ppm by 150. Kept the same amount of hydro powder just upped the booster a little 0-30-25 NPK ratio. So, that little bit extra brought up my weekly feed to 550ppm. And she's due a bioenhancer + cal/Epsom Salt feed, will be done this week. And at the end of next week. I'll feed her weekly feed again. Have to make sure the cal/Epsom Salt feed are far apart from the Synthetic bloom feed so I don't get hot soil. The main cola stands just at 60cm. With sides coming up within 35-45cm. All my autos are under a 36-12 lighting schedule. 24hrs under p1000 then when I turn on my FC 3000 for fems I swap out 4 auto from the p1000 straight under the FC 3000 for 12hrs then they go into 12hr dark rest with other photos and I swap them out again next day. Welcome to my CBDV Auto diary from Kannabia. FD 3-10 Total flowering days 25. Lost a few pics. On day 49 flowering nearly 25 days now. Past pre flower. So now its time to do a little bit of a harder defol. And open up these bud sites. Just wanted to make sure I'm fully out of growing. She's put on 5cm the last 7 days. So I'm sure it's over. Shame to take what could be a lovely fade. I'll try leaf tuck where I can. And LST as much as I can. Really happy with how she is developing. I got a few fungus gnats flying around this week. So All plants have been stuck in the same tents. Some autos getting a 20-4 some getting 12-l2 but they getting the FC 3000 so I'm hoping that'll help some. This plant has been under the p1000 mainly and my FC 3000 had no part in this grow this week. No point spreading it around all my plants. I'll kill off the males and larva they laid I've already begun trying out. I gave a feed.. so they should be grand feeding water from the bottom for the rest of the week. And then I'll be able to start my f..ked up rotation.. which, tbh, its nice just letting timers do their jobs. Nearly forgot I had a life lol. Welcome to my CBDV Auto Diary from Kannabia seed company.. Flower Days 11-17 Days 50-56 flowering. 32 days total. Really nice strong sweet smell coming from here. She is also gets fairly sticky. A lot more so, than my other grows this early on. Id say she'll go the full 50-56 days of needing to be flowered. Hopefully she'll continue to Fatten. Has picked up a lovely fade among the leafs. Nice structure. And a decent amount of bud sites. She is staying under the p1000 sadly. The cross contamination is just too high. I am sick of looking at gnats. Catching 1 a day, if even that now. Welcome to my CBDV diary. Has been blast.. there's so much more to growing a CBD plant, my point is I'm far from where I want to be with the Quality of the end product as far as density goes. (I got the quality part down) she's 1 stinky sticky ass bitch. Wk 9 Day 58-63 Plant was kept on feed till the bitter end. She was confided to the 70cm2 for her last few weeks of life but I've no doubt, if I had of kept her going under the FC 3000 she would of reached deeper down and gave me denser buds on top. There is so much airy ripe bud below I'd say it'll make up for 1/3 of the overall harvest. Which will be quite a lot. Id say in the 80-100g no doubt. She has some major big buds that are stacked with swollen calyexs that are glistening and very sticky. I can she's had enough. I didn't have the light to finish the end that the FC 3000 created on a lot of my autos. On most I clipped it away after I had to confine my plants to their own tents for good. But, she kept eating. Wk10 63-67 I stopped everything nutrient wise. And let her finish the ride out on water until day 67 and she gladly ate what was in her pot and showed no signs of wanting more, so I hard flushed her 1x pot value (11L) and got a ppm of 900ish, so 2x (22ish) more the pot value until it came down to 210. And for 3 more days I left them girls drink what they could from the pot and left them under my 100w where they've lived the past 3-4 weeks and I'm gonna pull them this week, they are resting 30hrs already and then I'll pull them, and harvest them whole, roots and all will be pult and I'll shake the clay off, bag the roots and hang dry upside down, (so no dirt falls on the buds while drying from the roots) and will dry at 55-60 rh with a temperature of 17-19c. I'll try keep the RH around 59 but I'm not gonna worry too much if it differs from that range. I already cut a wee bud off her the today, just a small 1 to try her for taste. And I'll rate it on harvest. As she's low on CBD, I'll rate her on taste. But, she'll be a nice addition to my full THC smoke no doubt. Never really removed any substantial growth from her to even call it a defoliation, there really was no need. I done a decent job at LST and my plants got rotated every day and I pult nodes/leafs this way and that. So, I'm happy with the results. She has a lot of girt and not too much lollipoped with a good amount of CBDV bud in 70 days. Very nice indeed.. Thanks so much for looking at my diary guys. I hope to do better the next time. But, as I am using dry additive powders I'm sure I'll be able to dial in that key nutrient ratio for my CBDS. She's been my biggest auto of this grow. At 71cm tall, and a big ass cola I am very happy. She has a lot of girt and stinks fruits, mainly passion, I'm guessing. As I've learnt, you don't know the true smell of your weed until you get at least a 2 month cure on it. Harvest Day.. Day 70 was done on day 65 then I left as I like my weed little on the harsher side. She very punchy. Has like a deep wood smell but very citruses with hints of tropical fruits. I've harvested 6 autos today. And, its hard to pick up the smell. Very sweet smelling and citrus fruits. (Ill give a more independent smell profile upon the trim and hopefully she'll come into her true smell upon a 2 month cure. FC 3000 & MARSHYDRO LIGHTS The FC 3000 300w it has a high ppfd 1525 umol/s, 2.85 efficacy and has the new UV addition which brings it closer to the (RA) spectrum, that's the Sun spectrum. The FC-FC-E has this, Also it has a much even PPFD making for a more evenly grown canopy and has a deep penetrative light as it allows you to move the light closer to your canopy with a reduced risk of light stress. The TS versions are a great light to. These are different though. As they have a much higher ppfd in the middle, so I suggest you rotate them plants and move em about to get the best out of the high PPFD And to the community. She grew really nice and strong from the jump. She stood strong and never showed any signs of any issues. She formed really nicely. 1st time not topping my autos and, well, it was fun watching them grow natural. And she was a beauty. That threw out fade aa soon as she came into pre flower.. definitely the prettiest plant I've yet to have grown. She had a nice big cola that stretched to over 70cm and had many side branches. (You need a much strong light for this girl. As I've no doubt in a bigger pot she'd of hit 100cm easily. With the amount of girt she has. A good strong 300watt (throughout her entire grow) would of given me a full plant full of higher quality of bud (density), therefore maybe doubling it's weight. She is a really easy grower, very strong pest wise, as I had boat loads of larva and a few of my plants didn't hold up as strong as this one did. She didn't skip a beat. If you only have a 100watt. Id suggest doing a lot more lollipoppoing than I to improve your Quality of what you are trying to produce. She wasn't very demanding, and took to LST really well. Maybe with more attention and more space, I'd of gotten different results. But, as I'm strain hunting. I'm happy to get some Quality to test. But, this is truly a lovely CBD plant.
