Hello ! Do you mean defoliation ? Or really defloration? Anyway you can cut the lower stems which won't get much light and will lead to popcorn buds. The defoliation is not really recommended after 4 weeks in 12/12 , but you can still cut one or two leaves if they are blocking the light to some budsites but you can also knit your leaves together if you don't want to cut them.
