MARS FC 3000 meets Charlotte.

Welcome to my 2nd run at Auto CA CBD from Dutch-passion. This seed comes from a different packet and different seed bank. Hoping for a high calyx to leaf ratio, as my 1st had a very high leaf to calyx ratio. But was still very nice, I'm told. As well as running CBD&CBG I'm running some 2:1 THC/CBD to start adding to my CB strains, that is a female strain. The hunt goes on for that CB strain, yet to find the one, but as the 1st pheno of this didn't turn out great, I'm going to give it another run, and let's hope we get some dank dense CBD. Will be using my FC 3000 for veg then I'll be have to use my 3 100watt lights. As the FC 3000 has 9 females to look after, and thinking on that, I might have to get rid of 3 of them, or move them to my 300watts, I have the space, I just don't want to run 4 drivers in 1 grow room the temp is way to high.

Good steady growth. Going to apply a light dose of nutrients in a couple of days. VD10-14 Decent growth this week. Picking up. Feels weird not uppoting or topping my autos. But, I said I'd give the norm a go. But if I don't pull a 70g average of the 7autos then I'm going back to doing it the way I did. Let's see. Maybe, though the difference will be in the quality of the bud, idk. Still fairly new to all this. Tis only my 3rd round of growing. The FC 3000 is a great light, and the FC & FC-E have the new addition of a UV light that reaches a lower end of the spectrum making the RA of the light much closer to the sun spectrum. They have a much better uniformed ppfd than the TS but the TS are also great, and have a higher ppfd in the middle of the light, so I suggest if you are getting 1, move your plants around under the middle as it holds killer high ppfd. So rotate them ladies, you can pretty much do this with all leds though, as the middle is always higher, but it'll help, every 2 days shift them ladies about and rotate the plant so it sits and gets light in areas where it wasn't hitting as hard before, as with the sun, it moves, so you don't need to do this on the outside, In a tent you are trying your best to get a sun affect so why wouldn't you rotate and move em.. Finally she's catching up in growth these last few days have been great. It's the high RH that I know. But, none of the plants are drinking much, and some are suffering for it. This girl, so far is doing well. Has been given very little feed, and the 60/40 Light/All mix is doing well. And it's gotten the odd feed of cal/epsom salt and a bioenhancer feed also. Light is set at 75%. Also I noticed a I had 2 mites. So sprayed down my whole canopy bottom and top of plants with cannacure. Lightly removed 2 of the big fan leafs on Day 15 and growth has exploded, can't say what had a 100% effect and I'm sure cannacure helped my crop also. I gave em all good dose, it took 20mins to dry in. I turned the light down to half of what it was, it was set back to 75% after an hour. Was hit hard with fungus gnats and they got that bad so quick my seedling mimosa picked up a larva disease. She's pulling through it. I treated the whole crop with DE the pesticide version for larva and layed 20 fruit fly traps and also used 2 long 1M ones and drapped them around my pots. PreFlower Day 1&2 total 27 days. Stands at around 31cm. Nice shape, I lollipopped her very lightly, they were tiny enegy wasting bits, that would of been larf.. Gave a 500ppm 110ppm ambient tap.. am going to stretch her a little. Will do this by leaving light off for 12hrs during tonight. Will be a 5c+temp C difference..as they are a bit small. PreFlowerDay 3 28Days total since sprouted. Plant is doing well. Nice and healthy. Nearly the same time my autos all flipped, maybe a day off at best. Decent height and really healthy.. bit of light green on tips, (from drying out plant, and feeding plain water to keep alive from the bottom.) Thanks for dropping by. Welcome to my Auto CA CBD from Dutch-Passion. PREflowerDAY 5-6 total 30 days. Doing really well. Nice healthy strong growth. 1st time, I think I don't have synthetic nutrient tip burn. (It's early days though.) Have gave them 2 different types of feeds this week. 1 cal/epsom salt. (PH + to 6.7) and 1 short flowering & hybrid powder. (Also PH'ed to 6.7) gave that on day 31, pic not up yet, as they resting with photos now. As I'm flipping 6 of them. Will leave for the week now, maybe near the end of the week, I'll give water to wash her soil from salts. And try keep that never ending tip burn away. So atm, I'm juggling my plants. As all aren't ready to be flipped. So my FC 3000 comes on for 12hrs a day, when it reaches the half way point (6hrs into the next 12hrs), I shift the plants (fems) I don't want flipped yet into into the 70x70 and my autos that are in there share the 6hrs of darkness and I use the other 6 to my my 3 fems that aren't ready to be flipped going with veg. Welcome to my Auto Charlotte's Angel CBD diary. PreFlower Days preFlowerDays 8-13 Days 36-40. Been a real nice week as far as growth. Really nice height she's at to reaching..55cm tall. And some real nice side branches. Still on the fence if not topping autos is best. I've let all my plants dry out totally. And then when I felt everything was dead. I watered today. And then all of a sudden. A big whopper flew right in front of my face. And flew right into a pots substrate. Grrr. I've layed more traps. And moving on. They aren't really an issue any longer. They'll catch themselves in the yellow traps. So, after letting dry out. I gave them a bioenhancer feed. Fed all plants about 300ml except my organic + Synthetic Auto Cinderella Jack's from Dutch passion. My autos are on a 36-12. 24hrs under a p1000 and then every night a 12am i turn on my FC 3000 and swap out 4 autos every 24hrs so then they get 12hr dose on the FC 3000 and then they get 12hrs dark rest. And doing this. Has trigged fade and lovely purple into my leaves. I feel I can do this, in preflower as when they go into their dark rest. Its 12pm in the day and our heating system goes on when or if it gets cold during the night. And then after all my plants have done preflower ill swap it so the dark rest goes into the cold night and turns on in the day, so flowering temperature will go up and dark rest will go down hopefully by +6c.. That should be enough to get a nice canopy fade going. Some might go purple my organic auto cin jack has picked up a lovely orange/purple yellow on about 5 of the main fan leafs. Looking real nice. Welcome to my Auto Charlotte's Angel Diary.. DAYS 43-49 So, having to deal with fungus gnats. I've given up swapping out plants. So, last week I decided.. the plants in their current tents, are staying in it. As, I have gnats too long. And I was making it way too hard on myself. So I decided to just leave them in their tents. So she's only on a 12-12 now. I know I'm in store for a longer grow. And she'll miss the extra 6hrs. But, she'll get a full dose of the FC3000 and my other CA I topped and will stay under a 12-12. Seems on this round of growing. I've been coming in by under feeding as opposed to the N tox I always tend to get during flowering. But with these mineral nutrients it's allowed me to control the NPK much more. And a little bit of wanting N is an easier fix than what I'm used to by overfeeding. So, all is well. And she is doing well. Happy with her. Not topping is still up for debate. I have a CA that I topped.. and is under my FC 3000 on a 12-12. So, is a little slow atm but it's going. Welcome to my auto Charlotte's angel CBD diary. Week 9. DAYS 57-63 Going along just fine. Have noticed a lot of die of in leafs, (end of life cycle). So closely looked at trichomes.. and all are frosty.. and 30+ amber. I know you should leave CBD plants on a little longer. Week 10. DAYS 63-68 So, I gave her a hard flush. Rid her of all Synthetic N. And on top about an hr later I gave her a 400ppm 0-30-25 NPK booster. With a touch of cal + Epsom Salt was given anther 1hr later to bring my taps ppm up to 250, to keep photosynthesis going for at least another week, I'll know more depending how fast she drinks this lot up. The pot is soaked. So, am gonna let her finish up feeding with what's in her. And if needed I'll hard flush her again next week. But, I don't think that'll be needed. I'll know this week. If she drinks it really fast, I'll know she has some more to go. But, by looking at her. She's giving all the signs of been done. Thought would of taken a little longer, 68 days and it's done. Buds are hard, sticky and very smelly. Much higher calyx-leaf ratio this time, but, not as much bud from not topping her, that I can already tell. Maybe 20-30g dry. I've topped another CA auto. And she flipped early but is taking on nearly exactly the same shape and form my last topped CA auto..So hopefully she'll give more in the way of bounty. On the last hurdle here. Flushed her hard. Brought down the ppm to 400ish. She didn't take well to the way she needed to be of top quality. Some part of my set up isn't working right for my CBD plants. I have another one, topped, let's see if u can get a better bud off my next Charlotte's Angel. But, what's im sure will be nice. I have moved this girl back under an 18-6. So she gets 12hrs of The FC 3000 then under my p1000 for an extra 6hrs. As my fungus gnats are fully gone. So can open up both tents again and keep my autos on a more reasonable light time of 18-6 as opposed to the 12-12 they've been on for the past week +. Not in the way of quantity but quality is there no doubt. Some big ass buds. Last time the leaf do cakyx rato was offal. Buds are nice and dense. Pult 40 or more last time. But, was a lot of larf but dense all the same. But this is bud baby. Will try do a grow in coco next for this strain.
