I'm looking forward to running one of these Gorilla Cookies from the good people at fast buds.
Seed was soaked in water for 24hrs then placed in a rapid rooter tucked in a one liter air pot filled with soil. A plastic bag held in place with a rubber band served as a humidity dome.
🦍🍪🥠
The first week flew by for 🦍🍪🥠
She is looking happy and healthy.
I'm using a small tent this time around to start the plants in before moving them to my normal setup. It seems to make it easier to keep the temperature and especially the humidity at a good level for the little ones.
Gorilla Cookies 🦍🍪🥠 was transplanted on day 15 into a five gallon fabric pot filled with a water only soil mix. She was 3.75" tall ,on day 19 when I began to LST her she was 5.75". She is responding to the training nicely and seems happy.
Gorilla Cookies from fast buds is quite the robust plant and is loving her new 5 gal home. I continue to make adjustments to the LST a couple of times a day.
I am trying out top dressing with some dry amendments this go around with something called End Game Flowering Mix that contains a mix of the following.
Fishbone Meal, Fertoz, Soil Kashi, Gypsum, Aragonite, Insect Frass, Kelp Meal, K-mag Granular, Crab/lobster shell Chunks, Basalt Micro-fines
I'll be giving her a 1/2 cup this week and another in 3 wks per instructions.
We'll see how that works out .
This 🦍🍪🍪 from fast buds is looking good and growing fast. I've been making adjustments to the LST several times a day in an attempt to keep her low with a even canopy.
The aroma of this Gorilla Cookies from fast buds is really something.
I topdressed her with another half cup of End Game Flowering Mix here at the end of the week.
The frost has really started to come on as the week went by.
✌️😎💨
Another effortless week of growth for Gorilla Cookies from fast buds. She is getting serious about building her buds now and the smell seems to get better by the day.
🦍🍪🍪
✌️😎💨
This girl is making some very dense buds, they friggin feel like golf balls 😁
She has started to fade a little but is continuing to build buds covered in frost.
✌️😎💨
Gorilla Cookies from fast buds is smelling soooo good . It's enough to make you drool when pulling her out of the tent.
Really looking forward to trying her out in the not too distant future 😁
The last check of the trichomes under the microscope 🔬 confirmed she is ready for harvest 😁 So sometime in the next few days 🦍🍪🍪 is going to get the axe
🦍🍪🍪
Easy grow , easy trim job, nice yield.
Dense buds, mind numbing high.
If these results prove to be repeatable I will be adding to my favorites list.
She was started in a 1 liter air pot and moved to a 5 gallon fabric pot filled with a living soil mix on day 15.
At the beginning of flower she was topdressed with a half cup of End Game Flowering Mix and again 3 weeks later. About every third week I gave her a drink of compost tea made with molasses worm castings and compost.
She finished at 15.5"tall by 12"×20" wide
672g removed wet
Dried and cured 93.55g / 3.34oz
Grow was very straightforward with no surprises.
First and second trim were very easy.
Buds are dense and frosty.
@Inganjawetrust, Much deserved my friend, Really solid work! Making me want to try this strain out and I am about to run my last autoflower grow tutorial for now then it is onto photoperiods. But I might just have to swing back to this strain one day.
@LegacyMarketFarm,
Thank you bro . I'm very happy with the way she developed , looking forward to trying her out after the dry and cure is complete 😋.
Appreciate all the likes, thanks.
🌱🌿✌️😎💨
@Inganjawetrust,
Love it ❤️
I still use what would be considered 'water only soil' bur I can't help but add some homemade ferments. Check my diary our, I try to post recipes
@TheFattyMcCoy,
Thanks for stopping by.
I find it more relaxing to let the soil do the work for me.
Enjoy your growing it's definitely the best hobby to have 🌱🌿🌱🌿
Haven't logged in for a while and remembered looking at your diaries for some LST inspiration and approach in 2020/2021.
Seems that you have continued to deliver your masterclass LST work...Appears you have it down to a pretty tried and tested process!
The plants across multiple of your recent grows just look awesome and so consistently responsive to the efforts.
VERY nice work!
Hope you and yours are enjoying the flowers of your labours.
Cheers.
@northern_rookie,
Thanks for stopping by and all the compliments.
With limited height I don't have many options other than the LSTing . It's kinda fun and it gives me something to do other than just being the water boy lol
