Hi guys, it's been a short while but I'm back with a big ass upgrade of my grow space and a frickin' great selection of the finest seeds so without further ado, let me introduce you to the Gelato by Fast Buds which have been very generous with our relationship and I value it very much, pretty much like every other collaboration here, you all rock guys! Much LOVE!. It'll be the first seed of five in Coco + Perlite in fabric pots. The other beasts of beans are: - Amsterdam Amnesia by Dutch Passion which were kind enough for letting me try this strain - Peanut Butter OGKB by Original Sensible Seeds (Hydro) (which were also kind enough to sponsor this season with a few awesome strains from a great bunch that will be giving the opportunity to Wow the viewer in the next season) - Karel's Herer Haze by SuperSativaSeedClub (which were also kind enough to let me try this strain) (Hydro) - Kali Mist by Seeds Mafia (Hydro) - Cali Crasher by Doctor's Choice (which were kind enough to let me participate in their test run of this new strain) (Hydro) - Runtz Gum by Original Sensible Seeds (Hydro) - Green Gelato Auto by RQS (Coco+Perlite mix) - Wedding Crasher by RQS (Coco+Perlite mix) - Cherry Cola Auto by FastBuds (Coco+Perlite mix) - Pineapple Chunk by Barney's Farm (didn't work out, the bean didn't sprout so had to be replaced by Choco Haze by Zamnesia! (Coco+Perlite mix) (Zamnesia is also a sponsor of this season with their Choco Haze that have been patiently waiting for this moment :D ) So, all in all we have two feminized and three automatic seeds in fabric pots. If that's not a bomb ass selection then I don't know what will make you happy :P One more thing about this season, though. All the plants in fabric pots will be treated with the full (!) range of organic products by Green Buzz Liquids which were also super cool for letting us collaborate! I can't wait to see all the goodness in action! Other than that I've upgraded my grow space to a perpetual grow system which means that I'll be able to harvest every 1.5-2 months instead of 3.5-4 months!!! To do that I've set up another smaller tent to the side of the old 4x4 one, this one is 3x4 so essentially the 3x4 will be the veg room with one ViparSpectra P2000 which also sponsor this Season with their frickin' awesome 3x P2000 lights and the veg tent that was super hard to find in my special configuration (I'm again very thankful ViparSpectra, you're awesome!) so it can run smoothly with the 4x4 side by side one for the veg area and 2 for the 4x4 tent. I've also bought an automatic irrigation system with wifi and bluetooth connection and an ios/android app, from a great company by the name of LetPot (they're not sponsors, but hey, who knows :P) The set up was super easy, everything is straight forward and it only took some time over the course of a few days to dial in the throughput of all the little valves. It's pretty cool to see watering overall automated in Hydro and Coco (which is also considered hydro). As you can see, this season a very special one to me, because it shows me what good relations and the same vision are able to create. Like this wonderful moment and hopefully many to come! If I missed something out and I remember it, I'll update this post. See ya XOXO Cremo

Hi guys, here's an overall update on the whole season because there is not much to say about each and every of the eleven plants. I had to scratch the Pineapple Chunk from Barney's because it didn't pop, I replaced it with a gem of Choco Haze from Zamnesia! I've been wanting to grow this for so long, I'm truly happy that it finally happened :D That's also why this one is a week behind the rest of the plants. For the next 2 or 3 weeks I'll be running a hydro test to see if my hydro setup can handle the organic nutrients from Green Buzz Liquids. I've talked to the experts from the company and they advised me not to use it in hydro because of the residue but I've installed additional pumps in the reservoirs to get the water circulating, let's just see what happens and if I'm going to see signs of unhappiness, I'll switch to non organic aka synthetic nutrients from Advanced Nutrients which I had great results with two years ago. All the plants in Coco+Perlite will receive a full spectrum Green Buzz treatment! So stay tuned to see how the plants will react to the organic nutrients in a hydro setup! XOXO Cremo

Hi guys, ...10 days later :P So it's been a bit more than a week but I already see how the plants in hydro respond to organic nutrients + I can see under the hood aka see their roots and it's not the nicest look because the residue is sticking to the roots like glue and make it a lot more difficult to absorb Vital Minerals (in case you didn't know that's what's called vitamins ;) ) All plants in Coco+Perlite (which is also considered hydro but we'll call it soil for now) are already bigger which should normally be the exact opposite case if there was no issue with the residue in the hydro reservoir. Karel's Herer Haze had the smallest roots thus far and she took the most hit because of it. I have no idea if I can bring them back on track, it's definitely going to be a challenge but I decided to start another backup run of the hydro beans just in case. If I can bring them to full happiness, I'll dump the backups (probably). I decided to take out each plant from the hydro setup and try to carefully wash off as much of the gluey residue of the roots with a stream of bubbly water. Hopefully I won't shock them as much, they survive and we live another happy day :P If it's too much for them, then well, I tried my best but I'm on the optimistic side so everything is going to be great :D Stay tuned because that's going to be a rescue mission of a lifetime :D BTW. I'll be posting an all around overview over the next couple of weeks because it's still to early to focus on each and every strain. XOXO Cremo

So apparently if you're really gentle like a fine lady, you can rinse out 2/3 of the gluey residue from the roots and make the plants happy again. After two or three repeat every couple of days I finally managed to get the plants to absorb more nutrients then ever before and look at this, these little plants started to bounce back!!! If you ever try to work on young roots, BE EXTRA GENTLE, they snap extremely easy so you really need to try to do better than you thought you could do. This day also marks the day where I've finally installed my second tent (it's going to be the veg tent from now on), transplanted my six hydro beauties into two separate 35L (70L in fact) water reservoirs as usual and installed a third reservoir of the same size in the veg tent (it's the same res for six plants that I've used over the past few weeks). I've cleaned every reservoir with medical grade chemicals to eliminate all the organic residue and other bacteria and switched to Advanced Nutrients, this time the Connoisseur version of Grow and Bloom fertilizers because I was very pleased with the normal Micro/Grow/Bloom ferts in the past. Hopefully it will help the plants to reach full strength and health even faster than the regular fertilizers. I've also topped all the plants in fabric pots and I believe four out of six plants in hydro. (I was scared because they are still gentle after what they've been through the first couple of weeks). I also bought like a hundred plastic bendy things that you put on branches to make them gently bend instead of wiring every single side branch to the reservoirs which has been a huge pain in the ass over the past few years. It's going to be the first time I use them, so hopefully the do what they were supposed to do when I'm back. I'm preparing my new perpetual grow system to the best of my knowledge before I go on a little vacay for around 10 days so hopefully everything will go according to plan. I've also installed CO2 bags at the top of both tents and hopefully I'll see a considerable change in size after I get back. I'm only a bit worried about the plants in fabric pots because I've prepared two different solutions for veg and flowering plants because the three automatic plants in pots started to flower already and I'll be feeding them through the LetPot irrigation system and I'm still pretty new to it. Let's just hope for the best :D See ya after vacay. XOXO Cremo

Holy frickin' crap! My jaw dropped when I opened up both tents! It seems that the plants doubled if not tripled in size over the last 10 days! I mean, just by looking at the hydro plants, if this change in size doesn't make you want to try a hydro setup then I don't know what will! The plants are huge, the fan leaves are monstrous! It looks like the CO2 played a big part in it, the biggest leaves are bigger than my palm, and they're beautiful! 6 plants in hydro drank around 45-50 litres of water, they almost emptied both reservoirs which I didn't expect. In the time that I was away, some side branches got so thick that they started to "consume" the bendy plastic things that I've put on them to make them bend sideways! Hopefully I'll be able to remove all of them without making any additional damage. Aaand that's the end of good news. The plants in fabric pots didn't have that much luck (?), because the irrigation system kept them alive but it did not work as expected and this is probably due to the residue from the organic fertilizers. I'm still trying to figure out what happened here exactly but I'll probably won't be able to know for sure, but from what I can see, there was a leakage while I was away. I'll try to revive and bring the plants up to a healthier state! I also need to defoliate HEAVILY because the amount of foliage is bonkers! Let's see what I can do! XOXO Cremo

Ouh boy, the last 10 days have been crazy for the growth of all my plants! I've switched to flowering around a week ago while most of the plants in hydro were around 90-95cm tall!!! They grow so fast, I'm starting to have worries that after the flowering stretch, most of them will be too tall. I've already pulled up the lights a week ago and yesterday I had to practically attach them to the top so that's the highest I can mount them so I cross my fingers that the plants won't be that much bigger or I'll have to burn some top colas. I also defoliated the shit out of all the plants because the humidity went up to 70% it's now down to 60%, and the airflow is much better. I've lollipoped them and removed some of the biggest fan leaves which are bigger than my palm which is crazy and the plants in hydro look super healthy too :) I was worried that the heavy defoliation would fuck my plants up, and I do have some experience in fucking up plants after too heavy defoliations but after checking how healthy and big they look I took the chance. To minimize the risk, I've also put a foliar spray from Green Buzz Nutrients to use. I've checked today and they show no sign of slowing down the flowering stretch. All the plants show already their female parts which is great. Let's hope for another great week and hopefully I'll see some nug development this week. Have a great weed week guys! XOXO Cremo

Hi guys, so here's a rather quick one. The Gelato from Fast Buds seems to be the slowest in fattening up and trichome production. That may come from the additional damage that it went through :D A fan fell on the side of it and it evaporated 2 branches, practically the whole side, It's a miracle that it didn't fell a few inches to the side and most of the Gelato would've been gone by now. On the other hand a few small undeveloped buds were harvested and I've tried it after a week and I must say that the effects are very different from the other Gelato strains. This one is so enjoyable (all Gelato strains are enjoyable dummy :P ), it's kind of like Laughing Buddha which I love to death. Very nice high for such an undeveloped buds. But it get's bigger with every day so the recovery time was minimal, I believe no longer than a few days. Have a great one! XOXO Cremo

Hi guys, welcome to another update of the Gelato :) from the automatic bunch this season, this one takes the longest to fatten up, probably because of the damage the fan did to it when if fell on the plant and erased half of it (only two branches tho). An inch to the side and the whole plant would've been gone by now :D I treat it with organic nutrients from Green Buzz Nutrients and the plant seem to recover nicely, so I don't mind the additional week. Hopefully she'll be good to go in 2-3 weeks so there will be room for another run of automatics :D Stay hard (as Goggins says :P ) XOXO Cremoo

Hi guys, welcome to another update of my beautiful plants. I can't stress enough how great the Green Buzz Nutrients are. The plants in pots love them, there are no signs of any deficiencies (well, maybe some from the stress it went through), they look super healthy and that makes me very happy, even though they get waaaay less light than all the other ones in the hydro setup (because they're literally touching the lights being over 2m high). The Gelato is smelling really nice, the buds look kind of weird, like not really developed how I'm used to see them. The buds on the hydro plants on the other hand start to fatten up and soon we should see some big ass buds even though they still get too much light and being broken in various places because of their height. I've also transplanted 2 plants form the veg room but there is waaay to little light down there so they're probably not gonna make it, but let's just see what happens. Next week I should probably harvest it. XOXO Cremo

Gelato from Fast Buds had some rough moments! It was overwatered twice or three times because of a faulty automatic watering system. Then half of the plant was chopped down because my fan fell on the side of it. But still, somehow this plant survived to give me the treat of a great smelling experience with the effects I was looking for in my Gelato plants.
