8/28- First of the Purple Lemonades to break through the surface. Took about 48 hours after planting. Can't wait to see what this beauty becomes. First auto grow from MSNL but have had great luck with their others. Going to be a fun grow. I will update as she progresses. Happy growing to everyone!
9/5- She is coming along beautifully so far. Have one in a 3 gallon fabric pot and one in a 5 gallon pot. Can't wait to see what they turn out to look like. Running one of the same strain from Fast Buds. I will update as she progresses. Happy growing to everyone!
9/9- She is doing well and getting established. Her growth rate has increased and is looking well. Can't wait for her to start gaining real size! I am hoping for a decent sized bush. Have 2 Purple Lemonades from MSNL growth and one Fast Buds Purple Lemonade.Each is in a different sized fabric pot. This diary is of the one in a 5 gallon fabric pot, the other one from MSNL is in a 3 gallon fabric pot and the Fast Buds plant is in a 1 gallon with 1/3 coco coir, 1/3; perlite and 1/3 Bush Doctors Coco Loco. Added 3/4 cup of worm castings and a tablespoon of greensand. Same mix for each container except for the amount of worm castings. 1/4 less for each container from size to size.
9/11- Last week went well. She is getting established and growing steadily. Have high hopes for these babies. Always has been a great end result so I can hope for good things. MSNL has always been reliable for good results so it should be good. This strain from Fast Buds has a great terp profile and expect Sunil from these. Also have a Fast Buds Purple Lemonade going in the same mixture but in a one gallon fabric pot. Big thanks to MSNL for letting me test some of the new strains. 9/14- She has been doing well. Growth rate is picking up so she must be get some decent roots established. Was topped on 9/12. Recovered well and is seemingly happy. Topped after the 4 th set of true leaves. Hope she turns out well like I knew this strain is capable of. I'm debating on turning a branch on one of the purple lemonades into a pollen producer to make some auto crosses and I have a good selection of strains to cross with. Keep a look out because there is going to be some fun to come. Can't thank MSNL enough for the opportunity to grow this little beauty! I will update as she progresses. Happy growing to everyone!
9/27- Last week went well. Both Purple Lemonades are coming along and look healthy. #1 has started to flower and #2 won't be far behind. Going to be making pollen from a lower branch that I would usually remove. Going to use it to make more purple lemonades and going to make some awesome crosses. I will update as she progresses. 10/4- Last week went well. Still stretching some. Adjusted LST ties and tucked some leaves. Can't wait to see what they become. #2 should be starting to stretch soon. I will update as she progresses. Happy growing to everyone!
10/11- Last week went well. Both are still growing vertically and looking good. Adjusted LST ties and tucked/ plucked a few leaves blocking proper light penetration! #2 seems like she is going to be the biggest of the two. Going to pollinate a branch of #2 with pollen from #1 to get more of this strain to work with. Going to cross it with some other great strains also. Excited for the fun to come. 10/19- Last week went well. She is coming along beautifully and seems happy and healthy. Happy she is going to be producing pollen soon. Going to be putting something around the branch to catch the pollen and to protect it from being disturbed. Going to be making some combos for the future. Trying to get a few strains started and I will try to stabilize and work to get consistency in structure. Want to make a couple types of potent high yielding auto strains . 10/26- Last week went well. She is going to be tasty. Smell is yummy. Strong citric aroma. Trichomes are about 10% amber. Flushing has begun. Other purple lemonade is going to yield better and have different Bud structure. But it's going to take at least a month longer to finish. I pollinated a couple branches so I can get more MSNL's Purple Lemonade to play with! Will have lots. Can't wait to get to try them. I will update as she progresses. Happy growing to everyone!
11/03- Everything is going well. #1 is fading and will be ready to chop in days. #2 still has several weeks, close to a month or so left to grow. Seeds will be mature by then so the trichomes will tell me when to cut her down. I will update as she progresses. Happy growing to everyone.
