SOG hydro in 1/2 gallon pots

I had been using the whole AN line for years, spending five hundred dollars year on my little micro medical hydro grow. The results were and are worth it…Then “TaNg” hydro feeding schedule came to town 4 years ago on another cannabis blog site. Now four hundred dollars a year saved, with the same results! NOW Don’t go throwing your bottles out yet kids, keep using the other amazing products, perhaps just use less of the other stuff if your growing like me..like 1/8 to 1/4 strength. If your growing in soil, rock wool, or DWC you may very well find yourself very happy with the whole Master Line of Advanced Nutrients…THEY WORK GOLD! Have saved hundreds in nutrients with the same awesome AN results with the above feeding schedule. I went back to find TaNgs feeding schedule. Was so happy to see it still being used with success by many, including me. Every grow, room, strain, container, medium, air quality, water quality, and soul energy add to what ultimately will work in your unique situation of mimicking mama nature. This is what works for my unique micro grow environment, May not work for yours…so do your research. This method is for 1/2 gallon pots, watered twice daily with runoff in a small 4.5 square foot, 5 foot height, 200 cfm vented storage cabinet. Play string classical music at least two hours a day…longer if possible. This really make a difference in my many years of grow experience. Preparing to top the auto ladies soon. After topping recovery (3-7 days) will begin Low Stress Training. Have not used a ph pen in over five years thanks to Ph perfect. The PPM’s are always spot on too, just follow the above feeding schedule and the ppm will be perfect FOR AUTOS!!!! but of course watch your ladies…they will show you what is good more often than not. I never have to flush as I waste to drain twice daily, creating mini flushes throughout grow cycles. Feed every time too. About 1/4 to 1/2 cup of runoff each 12 hour watering. Passive hand watered hydro has never failed me. So damn easy! Advanced Nutrients and Dutch Passion genetics make it easy too!

Small container growing is so magical and easy. Love hearing all about root bound issues that I never have. It’s simple nature kids. If your passive hydro potting containers feel light water till your delight…Containers feel heavy…leave it be Freddy! Always allow a little bit of nutrient water run out the bottom of container into a hold vessel for later ppm run off testing. This pushes out old unused nutrients/salts/minerals every feeding, keeping things in balance naturally as possible. Feed EVERY watering! No flushing required…unless you added extra and didn’t let it flow out the bottom for a few days. Important! Must let a small amount of nutrient solution flow out bottom for best results. Keeping things flowing require no emzines. I use this passive hydro method for years because dealing with DWC temps in a small box were impossible or complicatedly expensive for what I have available for grow space. I am amazed at what you kids do with DWC, Film technique, aeroponics, organic soil, coco, and the such! Mind blown by all the growing talent. These micro hydro grows are not so flashy or high tech, however results are what adds up on the scales. Simplicity rules here. Love to all naturally. When your growing in a 4.5 square foot space there is no room for coolers, pumps, huge plants, and reservoir/ buckets. Lots of room however for many small well trained auto ladies.

Love this week… as you all do I am sure! The explosion of baby blooms popping all over creating a lovely canopy of buds and pre-buds. How lucky are we?

Small pots equal money savings on container medium, nutrient, and ease of movement. Up to 2 ounces off a half gallon container, average is 42 grams per plant +/- as always with grow life. Only real requirement is twice daily feeds for rapid passive hydro growth. For me, 5 am and 5 pm. Old timer hours. This round so Blooming along nicely as usual. Using the same old nutrients as always. Feeding every 12 hours now in mid week 7. About half way there! Temps outside are fluctuating due to fall coming in. DeHumidifier working overtime. Use the dehumidifier water for feedings. Auto Cookie and one of the Critical Orange Punches just started budding…as where the Auto Night Queen and Blueberry started flowering 3 weeks ago…gotta love the variety of auto seeds. Sea of Green using auto seeds never disappoints! Variety, high yield, and efficiency are all direct results of auto SOG micro hydro gardening. These “Dutch Passion” autos seeds all started on Julyt 23rd. Some will be done late October…some nice slower laggers done mid November +/- In my humble experience…PATIENTS brings stronger medicine and bigger greasier buds. Go get it kids.
