From personal preference with Auto's they don't enjoy transplanting.try starting in final pot. Use a humidity dome when you give a try .

I recommend going with 1 gallon and then moving up to 5 gallons later. It will help you get the hang of figuring out when your plants need watered and transplanted. Sure, it's more work. But, the more practice you get in on things like that, the faster you will dial them in, kind of like muscle memory. Depending on how much veg you wanna give to them! If you want add 1-2 weeks of veg, go to 5 gallons, if you want to play and try some scrog, you can go 3 for 3-4 weeks, than 5 gallonsto flowering. But , my advice, go directy 5 and try some lst :)
