Start of a new grow, I will have this Gorilla Cookies and I have started to germinate A Strawberry Pie seed. I did this one week later then the Gorilla Cookies due to shorter flower time.
🍃🍓🙈🍃
So, the Gorilla Cookies is doing well, showed some nice growth. I will start with her nutritions in week 3🙈🍃
For the Strawberry Pie, I have had some issues, she is or a bad seed or a possible mutant. The root of the seed kept spiraling around it self, not allowing the seed/sprout to fully open and emerge from the soil. After I carefully took the seed out and had untangle it, I placed the seed in a smaller pot.
She starts to look oke, but she is far behind her expected growth.
So the maintain my yield goals, I popped another Strawberry Pie, in the hope it will be ready more or less when the Gorilla Cookies is ready as wel. 10 weeks🙈 vs 8-9 weeks🍓 flower time.
(I always expect like 1 or 2 weeks extra)
This results in a bit of a full house, but I think I will manage. And if the weird Strawberry Pie makes it true, I have a bonus plant that I maybe want to use to try making some dry sift together with the trim. 🍃🙈🍓🍃
Week 3 for the Gorilla Cookies, who is growing very well. Started some LST on her and nutrients have entered the stage.
Strawberry Pie with the germination issues, Week 2, seem to have recovered how ever progress seems a bit slow compared to the Gorilla Cookies.
Strawberry Pie 2, Not a seed with issues like the other, but also pretty slow, took over 11 days to pop up, the other 10 btw. (Gorilla needed 4 days)
Today she will start week 1.
Good week for the gorilla cookies, responds nice to her LST.
As she is entering the flowering stages I will start to let her go and only adjust where necessary.
For the Older strawberry pie, her spiraling root came up and back into to soil, see picture. Beside that she seems Oke, will See if the root pops up elsewhere in the soil later during the grow 🤷♂️🏻
Strawberry pie 2, the younger one, is a bit slow at the start. But start to look healthy and seems to do ok!
Gorillas took of, last week of veg as she stretched a lot. She is now also on bloom nutrients, also placed the light a bit higher for her. 🙈
Strawberry pie with the spiraling root is doing fine, I will not do LST on it like the gorilla as she already needed support to stand up straight. However, I did removed the top fan leaves to allow more light, and she seems to be Oke with it and reacts well to it. 🍓
The other strawberry pie is in week 2, starting soon with nutrients and will see how she develops 🍓
Gorilla Cookies grew a bit more and has now really entered the flower stage.
She shows a bit of calmag deficiency in the top leaves, so I will increase the calmag a bit. 🙈
Strawberry Pie with the spiral root issue, in the smaller pot (3L?) is doing Ok, I try to create a kinda even canopy.🍓
Strawberry Pie 2, in the bigger pot, is at week 3 and I have began with LST🍓
Gorilla cookies, she is now really into flowering. Still signs of calmag deficiency, increased calmag to 1ml for now and she if it will stall. 🙈overal
She seems to be happy and need almost daily defoliation to allow buds sites more lightning🙈
Strawberry Pie in de smaller pot, I think the veg is kinda Over she seems to be Oke and healthy in her small pot.🍓next week might be the first week of flower for her 🍓
Strawberry Pie 2, the one in the front, respons nice to LST, try to grow her as good as possible within the lack of space. When/if she goes up I will put her on the floor again during the flower Stage. 🍓
The overal plan is to keep then together till the end, which I expect to be within a week or 5-6
Good week overal, you really start to see that my tent is 2 plants max🤓🤪
But I don’t like to waste a seed🍃
Gorilla cookies is starting to bulk up and building up that frost.
Also the small pot strawberry pie looks like it will get frosty too. Let’s hope the same for the bigger sister in the front🧐
Gorilla Cookies doing well, buds start to build up some frost, now I’m still hoping for some mass. 🙈
Smaller pot Strawberry Pie seems ok, some nutrients issues as shown from the leaves. But overal fine, starts to build up some nice bud sided. 🍓
Strawberry Pie in the front, did some defoliation and opened her up to promote more bud growth.
Gorilla Cookies is getting packed with trichomes, buds are getting ripe and heavy. So far trichome heads are more or less 50/50 cloudy and clear, but for sure no amber heads yet. Also had her first week of just ph corrected water.
Smaller pot strawberry pie in the had some nutrient issues but these seems to have came to a halt. See seems to be doing well during flower, getting already some nice frost.
Front Strawberry pie, She really entered the flower stage hard. Building up plenty of bud sides. I hope I can harvest this one together with the strawberry pie. But gorilla Cookies almost for sure have to go first and dry separated some where. 😅🧐
Gorilla Cookies had her second week of flush, this brings out the beautiful fall colors all over her. Also her buds are turning frosty, purple and very dense and heavy as more branches start to fall over. Still no amber trichome heads to be spotted🧐 but more are getting cloudy. Let’s see after this week how she looks then I decide to chop.
Matching the harvest with the strawberry is out of the picture I think. They should be ready in 8-9 weeks but now at 10 and 8 they both look far from ready.🤷♂️🏻 So I will need to create a small dry area for the cookies 🙈
Strawberry Pie in the back is going steady, she is Turing a bit pink/purple in the buds, no brown pistils yet.
Front Strawberry Pie, looks like she created a lot of bud sided, let’s hope they get nice and dense in some weeks.
Overal looking healthy and doing well.
Gorilla Cookies, she is really ready at her top half. 90% cloudy trichome heads the rest clear or amber. As she is crisping up now all her nutrients are gone I decided to go for a partly chop, and dry this in a cardboard box attached to my grow tent, this to introduce a fresh air stream.
The remaining half wil get a extra week or until the tops looks good enough to me, I also elevated the plant.
Smaller pot Strawberry Pie, is getting her pistils nice and brown, very light brown and hiding in the trichomes. I intiated the flush stage this week.
Front Strawberry, still deep into flowering has a lot of leaves witch I often don’t like so much in my bud, but will see how she turns out. Both Pie’s are slow growers as we are at week 9&11 and they should be ready at 8-9. Maybe they ripen up fast 🤷♂️🏻Will see
Gorilla Cookies top part yielded 49.1 Grams of frosty buds. It’s now curing in jars but the smell is very sweat and fruity with some gas and some how aloe Vera juice. I tried a small bud that dropped of and the high is very intens and long lasting, decently kicks you out if you smoke to much. 🙈Lower half of the plant stayed in the tent for another week and looks more mature and ready for harvest, I guess tomorrow or any day soon. So hopefully next week I can close the diary part of the cookies and have the total yield.
Smaller pot Strawberry pie had her second of third week of flush, she start to eat up her leaves and bigger fan leaves start to die out. I think one or two weeks and she is ready to.
Front Srawberry Pie, not the best looking but seems frosty. Still looks not very dense and a lot of leave formation. I hope she fattens up soon as she is at week 11 by now.
Overal a nice plant to grow, she grows fast and tall and forms small but dense and frosty buds all over. She will need support and extra calmag. 10 weeks might be a bit optimistic, better wait a bit for more fat and mature buds. 🍃🤓
I Think is plant need a lot of light and space, as well plenty of CalMag. Defiantly needs to be defoliated and tied down to allow enough lights to the buds. 🍃🍓
57 Grams of frost. I’m very curious how she will look and taste after curing. Will also upload more photos of the final results when curing is done.
For my trim, 60 gram I would say I will dry and cure this further. Then I will select the smaller buds of the 168 grams total and sift this over a 150 and 90 micron screen to make my own dry sift hasj 😁🤓
