I put 2 seeds directly in the soil in 2 different 19l textile pots on Sep 2, 2022 at 2 AM. I called them Biggie and Smalls. Biggie germinated on the 3rd day(Sep 5, 2022) and Smalls on the 4th(Sep 5, 2022), but was half eaten by an ant...
I think Biggie is in good shape. Smalls survived the ants and grew to be even taller than Biggie...what a fighter. As of 28th of October 2022, Biggie is 50cm and Smalls is 60cm tall, but between 4-7 days behind Biggie.
As you can see Biggie is continue growing without issues(at least this is what I see, if you see issues please do tell). Smalls on the other hand is little behind, but is catching up fast, after all It was almost eaten by ants. Smalls is not only fighter and survivor, but very tough bastard!
Go Biggie Smalls !
Biggie is having some issues except that I burned it with too many nutes. Still do not know what is the problem exactly. Heard too many different opinions. If you know please do tell.
Smalls is catching up fast to Biggie, It is hard to believe that it survived being eaten by ants.
They both continue to grow. According to people on this site the problem with Biggie was PH issue. I hope they are right and is not pest or insects issue. Started LST on Day 23(Sep 29, 2022). Sprayed with insecticide called Tec-Fort on Day 25(Oct 1, 2022). Sprayed with insecticide again on Day 28(Oct 4, 2022). I have not used any nutrients this week except calmag, after all the previous week I burned biggie a little.
It is week 5 and they are still in Veg(pre flower). Probably by the end of the week it will move to flowering. I have sprayed a second time on Day 28(Oct 5, 2022), but there is still something like eggs. Removed couple of leaves with I guess some sort of eggs or in the best case just dust.
Flowering has begun. I hope there is no more issues with insects. I have sprayed 4 times with insecticide called Tec-Fort. Also watered the plants with a mix of 10 grams of cinnamon and 2ml of Tec-Fort. I do not spot any insects for now, but this does not mean that there is none.
It has started week 7 and the smell is now present, but it is weak to moderate. I am feeding them only once per week with 1/8 of what is on the feeding chart and still the plants got burned... Also there is still some insects...but did not see any ants. I hope they will flower faster than expected. Smalls(60cm) is officially taller than Biggie(50) and is hard to believe that Smalls was eaten by ants on the first day after germinated.
Week 8 has begun and the flowering is in full pace. Cannot wait to harvest these beauties. Biggie is 50cm tall and Smalls is 60cm by the start of the week. I feed them only once a week and still they are burned...
They both stop growing and Smalls(60cm) is bigger/taller than Biggie(50cm), but is a little behind in flowering with smaller nugs. I heavily defoliated both of them. I use 1/8 of the nutrients feeding guide and they are still way too burned.
I know that this strain does not require much nutrients, but seems that these nutrients are way too strong, even if you use only 1/8 of the feeding chart. I need to be more careful with the nutes next time. The damage is done to these plants. I will not feed them anymore, after all harvest is very close.
Both plants started to get their typical purple coloring a couple of days ago, but now is really noticeable. I am thinking of harvesting Biggie by the end of this week, this will be Day 77(since sprouting) and letting Smalls to flower a week or two more than Biggie. Today is day 77 and I am harvesting both of them. Strangely, Smalls has a lot more amber trichomes than Biggie, but the buds are way less developed...

I harvested both of them on exactly Day 77, which is 11 weeks(including Germination week) since sprout. The total power used is not 150watts. Most of the flowering I was at 75% dimming and less than 100watts including the fans, it was more like 75 watts with the fans during flowering. The gram per watt ratio should be something like 1.5 to 1. Total electricity used per plant is exactly 50kw or 100kw for both. Now I need to wait for the curing phase to complete and I will add the effect, taste and etc. Next time I will try at 100% power and 150 watts to see if the buds will become bigger and denser. I think gram per kilowatt is more accurate since I know exactly how much electricity it was used. So 113gr divided by 100kw is 1.13 grams/kw ratio. The gram per watt ratio is wrong, because I have not used 150 watts at any time.
The drying took 10 days(2022-11-22 - 2022-12-02) at ~50% RH. Biggie weighted exactly 58gr and Smalls 55gr of trimmed buds, which is strange, because Smalls was having so many problems from day one...Trim weight for Biggie is 10.5gr and for Smalls is 10gr. Leaf weight for Biggie is 33gr and for Smalls is 30gr.
