I don't think you cut quite low enough and have not really achieved any "fimming", just a topping cut.

After experimenting extensively with fim vs normal topping, I would now never consider ever doing fim again, it is too hard to do correctly and get reliable results and the recovery time is 2-4 times longer than normal topping.
In fact, I much prefer training over any type of mutalation of my plants (topping/fimming) - unless I was doing a scrog type of grow.
