D51 Ouf, it's been a while since I had time to post. Last week I got sick to the point I could'nt move from my bed for 2,3 days. My plant missed water and also the humidifier. There was no damage thought. She has began to put her sexy suite for me. She is showing her sexy pistil. Old leaf are still slowly curling. I rented a par meter to compare to my phone par meter app(ppfd meter) but students played with calibration and I have to verify some stuff that the company showed me. I have to wait for a sunny day to verify value. I'll then be able to, or not, corralate with my phone. I'll know then if my light is too close or I'll have a better Idea.
D53 So today I rearranged the setup. I added a filter and a fan. I also made a recirculation config so I don't lose too much heat and humidity. Limited the air entry so tent is in negative pressure.
Also, plant was rotated and I made some lst.
I fed her for the first time in 5 weeks at a quarter dose.
Hi, I'm having a curling leaf problem. Only the tip of the older leaves curl. Someone has an idea or suggestions? Water Ph 6.3, room temps 80.5F, humidity 65 to 70%, PPFD 250, potting soil.
Thanks guys, At one point I did gave her a whole liter with nutes and since then I wasn't able to dry completly the pot. There seem to be a spot that wont dry in center bottom even after 8 day of not watering. Should I transplant it in new soil or it's too late? I try to irrigate it close to the contour with 300ml at 2, 3 days interval to not over feed. For my next grow I'll maybe add perlite or try promix HP and be more gradual in watering.
Your temp are ok and the light distance is not too close. There is few reason leaves curl :
- This plant was grown in muddy soil, and the curling, unhealthy leaves will be getting worse and worse over time and you might have root rot
- Heat Stress If plants are experiencing a lot of heat, it can make leaves droop and/or curl. Some strains can handle a lot of heat, while other strains tend to droop when it gets warm
