D16, I remarked that leafs are a little bit twisted. So I raised the light from 300 PPFD to 250PPFD(30 to 36'') thinking she was maybe having too much light. I also think she is growing slower than i'm used to. I have the impression that internodes seem close to each other but it is still early.
D19, I finally google it (leaf twist) and it seem's it can be a PH issue. So I check, with my freshly bought PH meter, the PH of my settle down water and it is much higher then I tought to my surprise at 8.1 . When I added my nutes, it falled to 6.7 . On Remo's nutrients site they suggest a PH between 5.8 and 6.5 . I am just a bit over that and wonder if this can cause the leafs twist. It is still benin but let's see. So I lowered my solution PH with a couple of drops(0.25mL) of double concentration vinegar to 6.3 . I fed her with a whole liter with all nutes concentration at 2mL/L this morning and we'll see what happen in the coming days. I'll wait a day or 2 before lowering light. I also reduce exposition to wind from oscillating fan in case.
D20, Today I realise that the humidity in tent was lower than I tough. I elavated from earth the hygrometer an saw it at 42% instead of 64% when deposit on soil. I added a humificater and setup it at 58%. I added another hygrometer in middle of tent to double check.
D21, raised humidity to 65% and raised the light to 38 inch.
Hi, I'm having a curling leaf problem. Only the tip of the older leaves curl. Someone has an idea or suggestions? Water Ph 6.3, room temps 80.5F, humidity 65 to 70%, PPFD 250, potting soil.
Thanks guys, At one point I did gave her a whole liter with nutes and since then I wasn't able to dry completly the pot. There seem to be a spot that wont dry in center bottom even after 8 day of not watering. Should I transplant it in new soil or it's too late? I try to irrigate it close to the contour with 300ml at 2, 3 days interval to not over feed. For my next grow I'll maybe add perlite or try promix HP and be more gradual in watering.
Both your temp and your humidity are too high for her.... I'd knock the heat down to the mid-70s at least if you can and the humidity needs to get down into the 50s...
DON'T transplant this lady... she's an auto and that kind of stress will stop her from developing on her own time schedule - you'll actually be preventing her from going into flower... She would have zero time to recover!
Good luck!
