Off to a new start, this time from RQS seeds. I just repotted them and FIMmed. Roots and growth in general is amazing with these seeds. I started them outdoors since i had the opportunity and now i moved them in. Hopefully they will do nicely.

plants are doing great. Euphoria is growing like a beast, while WWidow is getting really bushy. Started doing some LST to get my 8 main colas and grow them a bit before the switch.

Pruning time! Plants were getting so bushy i had to cut off about 50% of the leaves and left only 8 main branches o grow per plant since last time i probably had too many and ended up with a low quality yeld. Im gonna wait another couple of weeks before putting them in flowering stage.

Another week, another harsh defoliation session. These plants are growing like crazy. Since they are well established, im gonna switch em to 12-12 and start flowering from today. I also noticed some tiny white spots on leaves, since it could be mites im very careful, and spray them if needed.

Flushed and switched to 12-12. I had a little problem with mites but now they are gone, i sprayed the plant every 5 days with a home-made solution of water, a bit of neutral soap, fiery hot pepper powder, garlic and a little bit of Eucaliptus citriodora oil and it worked like a charm, i'm really impressed by it. Plants are starting to stretch, especially euphoria.

Plants are starting to stretch and are growing alot of sprouts. I trimmed all of them off to have only 8 colas per plant. I'm still fighting with mites, i removed alot of infested leaves and sprayed again with the soap mixture and i hope it will work. Im also fumigating the tent with some weak pesticides (decane - tetradecane).

Apart from the mites that are still alive under my leaves the grow is going great. Plants seem to dont mind a few mites sucking the sap. Flowers are blooming and the plants are stretching well. If i cant get rid of these little bastards i might have to try with something more aggressive than the usual homemade mixture.

Plants are doing very well, flowers are swelling and began to smell very strong. I'm still fighting off mites but i'm keeping them under control with homemade sprays. Low humidity in my area lately is helping great time.

I thought my plants were a bit darker than they should be, this is probably because of the high concentration of nitrates of the fertilizer i was using. I flushed them and started giving them just molasses. Euphoria buds are very big, WWidow's instead are still quite small (idk if this happens because i'm doing something wrong or the breed is like that). Mites are still under control, euphoria is almost mites free, white widow is suffering the problem a little more (seems like mites love WWidows)

My WWidow plant's buds are not really fattening like i would like. What could be the issue? Too much nitrates? should i stop giving nutes at all? maybe its the mites making the plant suffer? Thank you for your kind answers

Hello ! That dark green colour is a sign of nitrogen excess on a late stage. You don't check your EC/Ppm level so it will be hard to really know how much you nutrients you gave her since the start but I can see the excess settled between week 3 & 4 and you were using a 8-5-5 npk nutrients , if you did not respect the cycle water / nutrients / water / nutrients etc then it could be the cause of your issue , in the other hand if you did respect that chart then maybe you should go with a water / water / nutrient / water / water etc .. schedule . When you started your 10-16-25 NPK nutrient then you plant should have changed a bit her colour so your plants are under nitrogene toxicity and it is why their are slowly flowering. I guess that your flush did not wash enough nutrients away , maybe just wash the salt buildup but still remain plenty of N in your soil , so if your molasse is just a PK nutrient then use it until the colour become a bit more pale , if not then maybe another flush will be necessary to "reboot" your soil and then restart with your 10-16-25 nutrient. I hope it will help you and I encourage you to get an ec/ppm pen as soon as possible to avoid any nutrients excess/deficiency 😁👍

Due to nitrogen toxicity my buds were not fattening like they should have. I got myself a TDS meter and flushed the plants very well until the TDS meter dropped under 300ppm (i know such a low tds is not really advisable but i want nitrogen out of my plants). White widow is starting to change color slightly, Euphoria is still a bit resilient and dark. I dont think i'll fertilize anymore until harvest (other than molasses).

Plants are coming along nicely. Euphoria is starting to get yellow leaves but with a lack of Phosphorus (purple stems, purple leaves) so i gave both the plants a nice dose of PK nutes. Next week is flushing time (again) and then only water until harvest. I checked on trichomes, they are getting cloudy, so we are definitely not there yet (sorry for no pic),

In just one week euphoria got first red-purple then started yellowing fast (probably due to a huge lack of phosphorous, that's why i usek a PK nutrient last week). Since i'm about 2 weeks from harvest i flushed the plants again to get rid of any remaining nutrient (ppm is now 400ish, close to my tap water value). I also removed some dead or diseased leaves that may appear in the pics. They smell very strong and sweet. I cant wait to harvest them!

Getting close to harvest! Almost all euphoria fan leaves wilted up and fell, buds turned to a really intense purple color. The plant seems ok with that so i'm not doing anything to her. White widow is in great shape, fan leaves started yellowing a bit. Trichomes on both plants are milky now, with a plastic like look. A few of them are turning a bit amberish but i'm not sure they are ready to harvest yet. I'm gonna way a few more days then, when i'm satisfied with the trichomes looks, i'm gonna turn the light off for 48h and then cut them. I don't want to rush the harvest since white widow claimed for a 8-9 weeks flowering period and i'm not there yet.

I've been monitoring trichomes all week long to make sure they got ripe before i harvest. Trichomes on both plants are now milky and about 5-10% of them started to turn amber. Leaves really yellowed and wilted on bot plants. Time to put them to sleep and cut them in 48h. See you with the harvest posts

It has been a fairly long journey, but i'm finally to the end. The vegetative stage of this plant has been very strong, many big fan leaves, quite resistant to the high amount of nitrogen i gave it. The flowering stage has been a bit more difficult, she suffered a bit from the N toxicity and after the flush she almost immediately had a P deficiency. Purple leaves and buds are probably caused by that. This straing is indeed strong, even if she suffered nutrient problems the buds came along quite big and hard, with a decent yield. She was also much more resistant to mites than my White Widow plant that i grew in the same box. Smoke report: Being freshly dried the smell was very strong of herbs but also very sweet. After being lit it hit me straight to the head with the classic indica dizzyness, i almost got overwhelmed by it even if the THC rating of this strain is fairly low (around 8%). My joint was probably burning too hot. The first 10 mins are as to be expected very euphoric, my head felt very light. After 20ish mins the CBD kicked in, definitely starting from the legsand going up like a wave of pleasure. Every sensation was amplified, not too couchlocked. I personally really liked the effect. After a couple of hours i could still feel it a little bit, i wasn't really tired like after some other THC strains. I slept very well that night, no headache or anything unpleasant. Cya on my next grow (maybe ;))

Happy Harvest Day!

What can i say, this was a really easy to grow strain. Went thru vegetative and flowering with absolutely no problem. The plant holds on to nutrients very hard and it's very difficult to over or under feed it. The only thing i noticed is that mites preferred this plant over the Euphoria i was growing in the same room. Buds came out quite airy but i cant complain on the outcome. Smoke report: The first effect i felt was definitely sativa like, i was really dizzy and euphoric. This effect lasted at least 10-15 mins. After 20-30 mins i felt no heavy body effect. No headache or anything unpleasant in the end. After just a couple of days in the jar the buds have a cream like and sweet smell.
