Started off healthy and approx 2-3 weeks into flower hit some deficiencies. Tried to correct but never fully recovered. Plant could be scrogged at the beginning of flower to stop it from stretching too much.

All of the plants, especially purple kush have twisted dark green leaves. No bugs except except some fungus gnats found on yellow sticky traps, could this by the fungus gnats or is it nitrogen toxicity?

You may be pushing N toxicity.. BUT thatβs not whatβs going on here.
Itβs a genetic anomaly causing the weird twisting and whatnot.
Your 4th pic in the newest week 5 update shows unusual vein development on that fan leaf.
Iβve run a few CBD autos personally and they often have some weird genetic stuff going on.
