Sour Stomper

10/13 Fixed the furnace today so I’m no longer concerned about nighttime temps getting too cold. They’ve been doing fine with 24 hours of light thus far, but I think regardless of what works and what doesn’t I’m opposed to running that light schedule. Going to switch to 22/2 for less of a shock and see how that goes. Readjusted light height to 18” at 240 Par (or 40% on the dimmer) 10/14 Both look happy. Good growth. I debated watering today but I think there’s still just enough water in there to justify waiting one more day. Changed light schedule back to 20/4 (2am – 6am) 10/15 Decided today is first watering. Ph pen didn’t seem right, so I did a 2-point calibration on it. Took .75 gal of distilled and added ¼ tsp of recharge, PH was 6.3. Split that evenly between both plants. Adjusted light to about 270 PAR 10/16 Both plants look really happy. Only issue so far is that L is noticeably behind R. Hopefully it catches up. Light adjusted to 290 PAR. 10/18 Good growth. Took a little under a gallon of distilled water and added 2ml of ArmorSi silica, a spoonful of molasses, and a crapload of PH down to get it to 6.6 and split that between both plants. Moved light up to 22” and adjusted to 300 PAR 10/20 Everything is perfect so far. Zero discoloration and great growth. Adjusted light up to 330 PAR.
