I added a DIY co2 using only warm water, sugar and yeast. Haven’t had to really use the dehumidifier at cuz of the wood stove but it’s there if needed. My friend who has been growing since his teen years said to do a strong defoliation of the plant and can say it def worked. I’ve always defoliated but not this degree. Now all the bud sights are visible to light. I’ve gotta say we’ve had rare sun here but the days it gets sun it seems to thrive a bit.
Is it safe to do any further defoliation on this plant it is strawberry pie auto by fast bud? It’s exactly 4 weeks old now and has been flowering for about 4-5 days now. I’m also afraid to do any lst bc of how thick the stalk is. Also why isn’t anyone comenting or likingthisdiary
Hey Growmie,
It is safe to do more defoliation, but after looking at your diary, you really don't need it yet, so I would wait on that, as far as the LST, if the stalk is already thick and stiff, I wouldn't try bending it, because it will snap. Also, I commented on and liked your diary. Lol. Happy Growing
How much longer till this plant is finished it’s strawberry pie by fast buds claims it’s done in 8 weeks which most companies exaggerate how fast buds they finish bc this is 9 weeks 1 day old. Btw that’s just dust not mites as the plant is next to my woodstove
Most autoflowers take a little longer then advertised. I find anything from 77 days to 92 days is usually the life span. I would say looking at yours you have about 2 weeks left.
How long would you guys dry the bud for at an average of 61 degrees F and 54% humidity? Mind you I want to collect Keef in my Grinder and trim bin so I want it a little extra dry. The drying method is dry 5 days on single branches trim into individual nugs and dry about a week.
Also the guy who said bud washing make trics fall off is wrong trichs are not water soluable think about rain 😂 it hits ur plants all day trics freeze so u dont want to use cold water u want luke warm and dont thrash as thatll knock trics off just the same as if it were not in water
Hey @jmaninthemiddle420,

We hope that it was a nice experience, and that you enjoy the harvest!
Have a nice weekend
