Started the ISS adventure on August 4th. Going to try 3 different strains. All ISS (Island Sweet Skunk) crosses. Lollipurps=The Purps, ChemISS Tree=Chemdawg 91, and Sweet Opium=Opium. There is 4 of each. All 12 germinated in the humidity dome and hung out for a week until roots started popping. Transplanted in to solo cups charged with 25% week 1 nutes. 24 hour dry period, then water everyday with 50% week 1 for 2 days and just water for 1.
Topped and transplanted to 1 gal pots. They all seem to take it well. There is 1 lollipurps that isn't looking to hot. Not to sure what's going on there. Moved in to the 2x4 for the extra space. Still using the 185W blurple. Watering 12 ozs per plant. Nutes, nutes, water. Repeat.
New light came in this week. Definitely worth it, just to be on white light. Plants are looking a bit droopy and there is the odd puddle on a leaf. Going to have to figure out how to get the humidity down. Other than that, they are growing up quick. Might take off some of the bottom growth, to help with the airflow.
The last few days I had 3 plants start not looking so hot. The 3 pictures are the 3 plants when I got home today. I haven't really encountered deficiencies, if it's even that. I'm watering at 5.8 and last I checked the runoff a 2 days ago it was 6.8. Any ideas?
Hello ! After I check you ec/ppm level I can't really say that you've using an aggressive nuts schedule as 1.3 Ec is good for 34 days old vegings plants, if you give them plain water every 3 watering then it is perfect and if not then flush your medium just a bit. I bet your issue is mostly due to the tap water vs distilled water: which one is leading to the issue ? I would bet on the distilled water as the level of cal mag is 0 in it. I bet you've got a cal mag issue leading to others deficiencies. Concerning your PH fluctuation I can't actually tell you why your PH is rising but I can tell you that coco is a bad buffer so it can make Ec change while the plant are sucking nutrients , in my case (Blue dream) the Ec was going down every time until I start using organics nuts. PS : I know that Ghe floraseries often making PH rise in hydro so I bet the same is happening to you in coco. Hope it will help you 😁👍
Plants were getting a little out of whack. So we gave them a 25% flush today. Going to slowly work back up to work back up to 100% feeding, over the coming week. Other than that plants are filling out nicely. Nice even-ish canopy to boot. A few preflowers are coming in. Did a rough estimate at sex, looks like 6 females 4 males and 2 unknown. We shall see how this week goes.
Its been an up and down week. Did flush with 200ppm. Then 2 days of 50% at 375ppm. Just water. 2 days of 75% at 625ppm. Dry day. Moved the 4 chemiss to the 2x2 tent. Then just water. I think we are farther behind now. One bonus is I have narrowed it down to a potassium deficiency. I don't think it is locked out just under fed. Hopefully I'm right.
Things are starting to look up. I think the deficiency problem is behind us. I topped the 2 tallest nodes on each plant in an attempt to even out the canopy. There is 4 confirmed females in the 2x4. Hopefully some more show their sex, and maybe transfer to 3 gal pots this week.
Gave the plants another round of topping this week. I suspect my whole ChemISS crop is male, so I flipped it to 12/12 with one of the Lollipurps I'm 90% sure is male. We will know next week. Any females that survive can hang out in the 2x2, until the 2x4 is ready for flower. Still haven't decided when I'm going to transplant in to the 3 gals, might do the confirmed females this week.
Big week, got rid of the males. Transplanted the girls in to 3 gal. Gave the girls a small haircut, and a few more nodes got topped. Moved the other 2 sweet opium in to the 2x2. Probably going give the girls one more week of veg. Then big haircut and flip.
Killed off the two opium in the 2x2 Gave the girls a nice clean up pass of lollipop and defoliation. Noticed white mold inside the flower tent. Going to treat the tent with peroxide. Hopefully we can get it taken care of by flip.
Finally got a dehumidifier again. Big difference in the humidity. Also its the first week of flower for the girls. They seem to be taking the transition well. Going to run one of the lollipurps without flora nectar to see if there is a difference. Other than a slight mold problem, I think that veg went well. We will have to wait and see.
Another week of flower in the books. Girls are stretching out nicely, might have to start tying down the ambitious nodes. Pleased with the progress so far. Hopefully we don't run out of overhead room before the stretch is finished.

Did notice some browning on the topposite of one of the lollipurps. Think either light or wind burn. Rotated the plants and we will keep an eye on it.
Starter feeding the girls for mid bloom. We took about 20 pesky fan leaves off plant over the past week. Opened up a few bud sites and improve the airflow. I'm pretty sure the damage from last week was wind burn. I'm thinking we are about 30-40 days from chop.
Another week of bulking up for the girls. Did have a nasty power outage, this week. Probably slowed the plants down some, but they seem to be doing fine. Should be a good Christmas present.
Moved the girls to late flower feeding. I'm thinking we have about 2 more weeks left until chop. Ironically right around Christmas. Should be a good present. They have a lovely earthy sweet tone, hits you every time you open the tent.
Getting closer to the end for the girls. I'm thinking the Opium is going to take another week. Pretty sure the rest of the girls are looking right on track. Got the best pictures of the goods I can at the moment.
Getting close now, cut back on the micro and stopped koolbloom for the Lollipurps. Sweet Opium stayed on the same feeding as week 16. Buds are looking good and frosted. Going to carry on with this feeding until we see some amber.
The girls are definitely showing the sag this week. Gave the Lollipurps one more week of feeding. The Opium is going to be switched to this feeding schedule, tomorrow. Started the flush of the Lollipurps today. Going to try 3 days of just water, normal feeding amounts, 2 days of Florakleen, then 2 days of full flushes.
The Lollipurps went through the process this week. Gave them the big flush today, probably starting to harvest tomorrow night. They smell wonderful, can't wait to get them out and see what we actually have. The Sweet Opium is still on feeding, going to probably start flush on her in the next few days. Should be a solid producer considering it has a third of the tent and an extra week.
Another great strain from JAH seeds. Really nice sweet flowery with a hint of sour smell, almost like grape candies. And a nice dose of purple through the buds. I noticed that it's a bit of a CaMg pig but nothing crazy.
Well the Lollipurps came down at day 74 of flower and day 152 from seed. Definitely pleased with how this grow turned out. Im in love with the purple girl. Got almost 9 oz of usable total off the 3 plants, 5 of gram+ nugs, 2.5 popcorn and 1.5 trim. Going to run the 4 oz of popcorn and trim through bubble bags tomorrow. Just waiting for the cure to finish up and we will update the taste and effects.
Harvested the Lollipurps this week. Now its just the Opium. Looks like it was definitely using the support of its sisters. Shes pretty much just laying in the corner for flush. Maybe i should start supplementing some silica.
Another nice one from JAH seeds. Definitely stole the show this round. Really nice structure and node density, with nice almost orange buds. I'll update the taste and such after cure.
Really pleased with the big Opium. The extra week definitely bulked it up. And the numbers don't lie. 94 grams of big buds, 31 grams of popcorn and 22 grams of shake. Going to press all the popcorn and shake in to rosin.
@HighTV, Oh, I'm still going to take this one as a win. I'm curious as well, looks promising. I think they were under a 185 W blurple for the first month. But other than that, it's been just the 260W.
@HighTV, thanks, I'm quite happy with how the canopy developed. Only change I would make is, maybe one less topping and cage them to keep the bud sites upright.
The flowering nodes on your plants look to be absolutely amazing. You've done such an amazing job with this grow so far and I'm so excited to see how these plants finish up as well as to hear how they smoke. Best wishes my friend :D

Hi @Kaboose13! Well, you're having a nutrients-lockout. You over-fed your babies during the last weeks, and as a result you're having salts-buildup in your medium. In this scenario I would flush the medium with 50% of the container's capacity with a very light solution (at least half of what you've been giving last week, EC ~0.5), then put a tiny fan blowing onto the containers to help them dry / prevent from overwatering. The only way to get rid of those old nutrients is to flush them away with a decent amount of water. Hope this will help, keep us up-to-date and happy growing 👊
@Stick I thought I was still on the mild side of coco feeding at this point Would you give a light feeding to all the plants? Or just the affected ones? And is it a one time flush or a few days thing?
Oct 23rd Update: Got the mold taken care of yesterday, I hope. Girls look alright today. Decided not to push veg any longer. Going to switch to 12/12 tomorrow at day 80 from seed.
Update Sept 26: removed all completely yellow leaves and killed 2 males. 1 ChemISS and 1 Sweet Opium. Added pictures of feed schedule and calander for August.
Sept 12: Removed the bottom node and bottom fan leaf to try and help with airflow in the canopy. Also fimmed the top two nodes on every plant. Upload 3 pictures of possible deficiencies.
