Germination
I've put the seeds in medium on 9.12.22. Easyplug cubes in a small propagator. Temperature of the room was around 23C. It took 4-5 days for all of them to germinate (all but one Gorilla Girl) 14.12. 22 Seedlings are up and happy. One Gorilla Girl seed didn't make it. Fortunately, I have germinated some more seeds (12 in total) , that way I can choose the strongest and healthiest ones.

Girls are going strong. They didn't like the plant cob leds at first so I switchted them to led t5's 2x 18w until transition to final pot (8,5l autopots). Especially Gorilla Girl #2 is really healthy. Biggest leaves by now and grows roots left and right, even on the surface

This week, i transplanted the girls to the final pots. I' ve just realized that autopot has 8,5l pots for my trays so I ordered some. I prefer smaller pots to my previous 15ls. So, they are in 8,5l autopots with air domes on the bottom. Around 5cm of aqua pebbles on the bottom too, prewashed and soaked in 5,8 ph water. Then coco mixed with aqua pebbles around 66:33. I watered them thoroughly with my aptus line. The lights are changed from 2 led t5's to my single 320w led bar for now. I ' let them veg for at least two weeks and we will see how it goes. Cheers!

Hi, Two of my plants (3rd week of veg) have these symptoms on the middle level fan leaves (the biggest ones). Young growth looks ok. Doesn't look like anything in symptoms photos, closest thing is magnesium deficiency. What do You think it could be?

Ya...Mg deficiency for sure. New media takes a while to properly buffer. No need to add a bunch of stuff they already get plenty of. If you're happy with your current feed regimen and don't want to f it up, you could foliar feed them with just magnesium on an as-needed basis. Google Biomin Magnesium.

The girls grew a lot this week. I love to look at them whenever I have a chance. A few of them grew bigger than pot edges. The stems got nice and thick. Most of them look very healthy but 2 of them showed a little pale areas between fan leaf veins. I will up the camg boost and see how it goes for them. Other than that I'm gonna let them grow at least one more week and decide when to turn the autopots on and when to switch to 12/12. Cheers.

Topped the plants. Reduced the dose of nutrients, had too much nitrogen. It's my first time on aptus so im fiddling a little bit. CaMg boost is needed a little bit more than recommended but all in one 1ml per liter is too much for veg. At least in autpots where there is no runoff. 15.01 was the first day of 12 hour light.

Today is the 1st day of 2nd week of flowering. I've put the net on them on 20.01. Started the autopots on 18th. They are well rooted. The aptus startbooster is really potent, roots are poking out of the medium with beautiful micro hair. Never had it before. The stems are crazy thick, also I think thanks to regulator. On 22.01 Ive started the air pump supplying airdomes. I have the lowest EC ever on aptus. Right now around 1.0. But still get a tiny little bit of tip burn one a few plants. Let's see how it goes.

I've had a rough week dealing with the Artus Nutrients issues. It turned out that not only Startbooster and Top Booster cannot sit in res to long but anything with boost in name. Ph of my nutrient solution was rising like crazy from 5.6 to 6.4 in 12 hours. Water in autopilot trays got to ph7.1 :( I think two things contributed to this. Rising ph in reservoir and air blown by airdromes in the pots. I had to go back to tried and true Canna Nutrients, now ph is rising from 5.6 to 5.8 in 24 hours and sits pretty stable in trays around 5.9-6.0. Unfortunately girls got a little stunted and nearly stopped drinking in crucial week 2 of flowering where I normally see explosive vegetative growth. It is what it is, I poured 2litres of 5.5 ph feed in every single one and they seem to recover a little. I will do my best to salvage what I can. Cheers.

I managed to steer the girls in the right direction. They seem to be fully recovered. It's so good to be back to canna. Ec and ph rock solid in tank and in trays. I'm considering a booster sumo or canna boost. Too bad no signs of purple buds in red hot cookies so far. But the smell is starting to be lovely. Plenty of resin on some already.

HI! I have a question regarding Canna Boost and autopots. Do you use it in a reservoir? The ph is rising faster in res since I added it. The nutrient solution in res also got cloudy and trays became slimy. Since I use airdromes the ph also rised too much.

Adding pk 13/14 completely stabilized ph. It even dropped 0.1 in 48hours. Probably due to some evaporation.

Flowers are staking nicely. Some of them are really frosty already. Especially one red hot cookies is different. After adding boost, i encountered ph rising issues again. My reservoir ph is 5.5 right now so the trays sit around 6.2-6.3. Which is perfect according to autopots manufacturer. Before adding boost i had only 0.2 ph rise in 24h. Now it's more like 0.2 in 12h. Smell is getting heavier but prima klima pro filter is getting rid of it easily.

This week I added more pk 13/14 and the plants swole a bit. EC was a bit high at 2.0-2.2 But overall only one of them showed a little tip burn. Definetly canna has a little too strong of dosing recommendations. I think 2.0 would be perfect at the peak. I will be reducing it every few days from now on. Whats interesting addition of PK made the ph very stable. Practically no drift upwards in res and in trays. It even dropped when I was gone for two day like 0.1. Probably due to evaporation. Let's see how it goes. I also defoliated a bit. I recon it's gonna be cruise control from now on.

Cruising along. Two gorilla girls are very sativa pheno and are way behind in maturation. We will see how I will handle that. Some #indica leaning phenos are maturing nice and fast. I'm reducing EC to 1.4 gradually. I think some of them will have to be on plain water next week to have them ready for harvest. Cheers everyone! Have a nice Sunday! 😎

Going along smoothly. Gradually reduced ec to 1.2. Water is plain Ro. My tap water has tons of calcium and I ve read that too much calcium in late flower can impact maturation of buds. One gorilla Girl turned beautiful read color. Red hot cookies also started to show more and more color. Smell is really strong now. Filter barely manages to scrub. I'll start a flush with enzymes on red hot cookies soon. Cheers!

Today is the harvest day for Red hot cookies. To be honest they were ready to chop after 7 weeks of 12/12. One green poison and one gorilla girl which is more indica leaning are also ready and I think I ll chop them too. Two gorilla girls and two green poisons still have some days to fully mature, bu its a week tops. One of the Red Hot cookies showed these beautiful dark purple, orange, yellow combination on its leaves which I always dreamed of having in my garden. Im super happy :) Combined with the ridiculous frostiness in the middle, she's definitely one of the most beautiful plants I've had so far. Cheers everyone.
