Thegrinder Hey growfam!!! This my first run at growing. I’m in a bit of predicament, I needs a small quite exhaust fan. My tent is only 20”x20”x48”. So I don’t want the fan to be so powerful it sucks in-the walls into the plant. I had the ipower 4” in-line fan but not only did it suck in the walls, it was as loud as a jet engine. I’m trying to get this taken care of before I have any smell issues. ALL help is Appreciated. 🙏

Thegrinder This week has went by smoothly, no issues as of yet. I did start nutrients this week as week as some LST and taking a few fans leaves off. I’ve been thinking about adding recharge for my soil, and something for the roots. Any recommendations are welcomed.
I am wondering on when is a good time to start LST and leaf tucking? I’m at 3in height now. I am very limited in height so I need to keep her low. Thanks!!!
I grow squat plants too. Start by TOPing or FIMing, depending on the amount of nodes you want; I've left between 4 and 9 nodes. As for LST, as soon as it is tall enough to bend, you can start.
Thegrinder Glad with the progress being made. There’s a weak smell starting to come from the plant. She seems to be handling the LST good. Still going smoothly.

Thegrinder Another smooth week. There were some minor issues but they resolved themselves. You can really start to see some buds developing now. I’m excited to see what the next couple of a weeks have in store.
@dahoola, thanks for the follow. I checked out your grow diary. That was a nice yield you got with the OB. Just got into growing. Any help you can offer would be appreciated.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
@Thegrinder, thx bro! despite some problems it was a nice harvest. I am always willing to help fellow growers. if there is anything, just ask. Let us grow your monkeys into beautiful beasts 👊
@Thegrinder, a tip that I can maybe give you, is perhaps not to give your plants a 24-hour light cycle. not that this gives such negative effects. but it has been proven that giving more than 18-20 hours of light has no special advantages. the plant even benefits from being in the dark for a few hours. during the light period, a plant goes through a process called photosynthesis. during this process, a plant makes carbohydrates from the CO2 in the air. these carbohydrates are stored primarily in the plant's leaves. But, every plant has a limit to the amount of carbohydrates it can store. during a night cycle, the plant transports carbohydrates to the roots and the main stalk. this promotes root growth. essentially emptying the stored up carbs in each leaf and allowing for new production to take place during the next light cycle.
@Thegrinder, yes my friend, you can. It won't effect your plants. I would switch them to 20h cycle. And indeed it saves some money on your electricity bill.
