Gruenerfinger85 Let‘s Start‘ed. May the best one win. Day: 4 So my grow friends, something has happened in the nursery. It cracked on day 2, but unfortunately, the little ones had to wait as I only just found the time to get them into the soil. I will check back in when the little ones see the light of day. Thank you for your interest in my diaries and for following, liking, and commenting. I wish you big buds and that you are satisfied.

Gruenerfinger85 Tag:15) Orange Bud Height: (4cm) Runtz Height: (5cm) Today the two little plants have transitioned from seedling to vegetative stage. The little plants both look healthy and strong, I'm curious to see what happens with the Orange Bud plant, as this seed comes from my very first grow. Now the question is, will a healthy plant come out of this or will it be a runt? We shall see, dear grow community. Otherwise, there's nothing to report for now, I will check in again at the end of the third week, until then I wish everyone good growth and big buds, see you later, bye bye. Thank you so much for following along up to this point, and for your support with likes, follows, and comments.

Gruenerfinger85 Tag:15) Hello my colleagues. I'm back to share some updates, even though there's not really much to report. On day 15, the little beauty was still 5cm tall, and on day 21) 8.5cm. I would say that's average. If she keeps up this growth, she'll be a tall lady. Hopefully with lots of nice thick buds. So far, she looks healthy and lively, drinking and eating well. I'm considering which strain to take clones from. So far, they're all growing evenly, maybe I'll take 4 from each strain, which would be a total of 12. So, my nice colleagues, thank you for your support, for following, liking, and commenting. We'll catch up again, until then I wish everyone big buds.

Gruenerfinger85 Hello friends, I'm checking in during the 4th week of vegetation. Today I have something to report. I removed the upper leaves so that the light can reach the lower shoots better. Then I applied Fimming to it so that it can grow wider and produce more main buds. Now it deserves a week of rest, after which I will transplant it. Finally, before I send everyone into the flowering stage, I will also take clones from this pretty lady; it would be a huge mistake not to do so. Maybe I'll set up a space for mother plants. I have enough room, but if those stupid lights weren't so expensive, I would have an area that's four times larger than the one I have now, and then I would seriously consider a space for mother plants. With a little patience, I'll manage that too; I believe there's a difference between having 1.5 square meters and 25 square meters. It would definitely be a dream to have a sea of flowers. The pretty Orange Bud has been doing very well from the start; it wants to grow tall and has a healthy appetite. So far, it shows no deficiencies and seems happy and content. I would have thought there would be problems with it since the seed came from a plant that self-pollinated. This was supposed to be an experiment to see if you can take seeds from plants that self-pollinated. Apparently, I'm lucky with this seed, as a plant can't grow better than this. Let's hope it stays that way. So, dear grow community, thank you for stopping by and for liking, following, and commenting. I'll check in again when a new week begins; until then, I wish everyone thick buds. Day: 23 11 cm height Day: 27 13.5 cm height Orange Bud Day: 22 9 cm Day: 25 17.5 cm

Gruenerfinger85 Hello friends, I hope everything is great with you. First of all, I have to mention that often the plant you least expect to grow something decent ends up surpassing all others. Without exception, really all of them, whether in growth, size, vitality, resilience, and so on. I'm super excited that I collected these seeds, even though I read that usually nothing comes from seeds that come from a self-pollinated plant. Apparently, I got lucky with this seed. The joy is even greater when the time comes. The little one has no big demands, doesn't need much care, just a little love and attention. I've had consistently positive experiences with this strain, so I'm feeling good about this strain. Orange Bud is one of my favorite strains and a mega classic. The yield from this strain is definitely impressive. Starting from the 9th week of vegetation, I will send this beauty into flowering; until then, it can grow in height and width. If space allows, I will definitely take clones from this strain. I can only recommend this strain to everyone; it's a very forgiving variety if treated well, but it also allows for mistakes and is not resentful if you neglect it a bit. It's a strain for everyone, man or woman. Thank you very much for your interest and for stopping by; feel free to leave a like or a follow, or comment on something. I wish everyone big buds and fat harvests from the bottom of my heart. Runtz: I can't say too much about this strain; at first, there were no problems until I defoliated a bit and the pot became too small for the pretty one. That's why I repotted her yesterday and hope that she will feel better soon because of it. She is 16.5 cm tall. I’ll give her at least 2 weeks and hope she gains some height during this time. I won't be taking clones as I initially planned. Thank you for stopping by, liking, following, and commenting. I wish everyone big buds and fat harvests from the bottom of my heart.

Gruenerfinger85 Hello my grow colleagues. I'm checking in late for week 6 of vegetative growth, unfortunately I can't report much for this week as I was sick. I can say that the Orange Bud has been exploding since day 1, this strain wants to reach for the sky. This pretty beauty is unstoppable, she seems very happy and content. On top of that, the plant is bursting with strength and vitality, and she has a very rich green color. I'm just overwhelmed by this strain, she handles any stress well, even if you water too much or too little, she doesn't hold it against you. She responds well to LST or HST training, you can top her or do Fimming. With SCROG or SOG, she would manage without any problems. The THC content isn't that high, but to be honest, I don't really like it too strong anyway. The yield is very good in my experience. I know the strain from back in the day and liked it from the start, and now that I've grown it for the first time, I've come to love it. Runtz from Zamesia This strain is just strong, it took a long time for this strain to have problems, even though it was very neglected. First of all, the soil composition is a huge problem for other strains but not for the Runtz, then I forgot to water it 1-2 times. No problems! Then the pot eventually became too small and after several days and weeks, she started to act a bit up, but by the time it got to that point, she had to endure a lot. I'm curious to see how the flowering period will go. On day 39, she got a new home, we'll see how she manages in the future. Thank you very much for your support and interest, like, follow, and comment. I'll check in during week 7, until then I wish you healthy growth and big buds.

Gruenerfinger85 Hello esteemed colleagues. We have reached week 8, so we're up to date; unfortunately, I don't have any current pictures yet, but they'll be provided later. This week, I changed the light cycle from 18/6 to 12/12. It's to be expected that in 14 days, hopefully, the first stigma hairs will be visible. So now I have 4 photoperiod plants in bloom; I shouldn't really worry since they are all feminized seeds. Well, almost! The seeds from the Orange Bud are from the last grow; I believe I read that these are called bananas since the plant self-pollinated, and I'm not sure if that automatically means they are feminized seeds or if male plants can result from that. I definitely need to keep an eye on that. I took cuttings from both clones before I changed the light cycle. Both are excellent phenotypes; it would have been foolish not to take any clones. This week, I defoliated both a bit to keep them under control since the two beauties are growing like crazy, which makes me very happy. I'm hoping for a good harvest. The Runtz has recovered very well from the last stresses. Thank you for your support and interest, as well as for liking, following, and commenting. I will check in again at the end of week 9. Until then, I wish everyone thick buds and good growth.

Gruenerfinger85 Halli Hallo dear Grow Community. The first week of flowering went well for the two pretty ladies. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures this week, so there will be more in the second week. This week, I defoliated both to allow more light to reach the lower regions, and both are handling the stress well. I've now decided to give the plants Cal-Mag in addition to the nutrients to prevent any deficiencies. Growth should be slowing down now, and the flowering production should have started.

Gruenerfinger85 Hello my grow friends. The 2nd week of flowering has gone very well, the Orange Bud seems very happy. It has reached a height of 54.5 cm and the Runtz is 45 cm tall. Both are handling the defoliation very well and are coping with the stress nicely; even the Runtz from Zamesia is doing great with everything. Both look very happy, and so far there have been no issues with deficiencies or over-fertilization. Every 2-3 days, I feed them both as they are very hungry. I'm already looking forward to full bloom. Unfortunately, I have a few fungus gnats in my grow room again; I'm using yellow sticky traps against them and hope that this problem can be reduced. So that's it for now from the two ladies; I'll keep you updated and check in again next week. Thank you all for your interest and for following, liking, and commenting. I wish you all a successful week.

Gruenerfinger85 Hello my friends The two beauties have reached the end of week 11. My two girls are doing exceptionally well, the Runtz and the Orange Bud look very vibrant and healthy. Both have not completely stopped growing yet; you can see that growth is slowly tapering off and the production with the buds is starting. This week I didn't give any nutrients because I could see from the leaves that there was enough fertilizer present. I also defoliated a little again this week, but not much. Both have truly become beauties, and I am very excited to see how the full bloom will be? How much the buds will increase in volume, we shall see. The Runtz from Zamesia has a height of 52.5 cm. The Orange Bud from Dutch Passion has reached a height of 63 cm. Thank you all for your interest, likes, follows, and comments. I feel very comfortable here at Growdiaries, and there are great people and a cool community. Stay as you are, my respect to everyone. Description Orange Bud 🍊 A 100% Skunk selection, grows with thick, hard buds and orange-colored pistils. A highly valued strain. One of the original Skunk strains (100% Skunk!) and still one of the best we've ever seen. Orange Bud was selected in the early 80s from outstanding Skunk genetics; it is a highly potent and very stable strain that grows well indoors or outdoors with any type of growing medium. Even new growers will find that Orange Bud is easy and pleasant to grow and produces generously. Dense, hard buds covered in crystals and beautiful orange hairs. Orange Bud was not only an award-winning strain in the 80s and 90s but remains a classic Skunk that should be enjoyed by any Skunk connoisseur. Orange buds are particularly notable for their yields in "Sea of Green" grows. The highly potent smoke is uplifting and cerebral, good for stoners who have an active lifestyle. The unique flavor is sweet with distinct citrus tones of nectarine and ripe orange. This remains a top-5 bestseller for all the right reasons - stable, potent, easy to grow, and with great yields, Skunk fans don't hesitate, buy some today! THC: 16.5% Flowering time: 8 weeks Harvest time outdoors: end of October. Type indica/sativa Is Automatic No Flowering time 56 days Description Runtz from Zamesia After the release of Girl Scout Cookies, Gorilla Glue, Monster Zkittlez, Gelato, and Purple Punch, we bring you the next coveted Cali strain: Runtz. Our breeders have worked very hard to make this truly remarkable strain available for our European customers. And boy, was that effort worth it! But what else can you expect from a cross between two of the most exciting, flavorful, and potent strains that Cali has produced? To not keep you waiting any longer – the glory of Runtz was achieved by crossing Gelato and Zkittlez. Enough said. Runtz is the pinnacle of modern cannabis breeding and offers you one of the most balanced hybrids out there (50% Sativa/50% Indica) with maximum potency and a terpene profile that smells like a bag of fruity candy. So let's get to the essentials. Runtz stays relatively small in the grow room, reaching a moderate height of 80-130 cm. One of the many cool things about this strain is its short flowering time of just 8-9 weeks. This means you won't have to wait long to enjoy its purple and light green, resin-coated buds. Its yield is also very impressive. With a little love and care, Runtz can produce 450-500 g/m² in the grow room. Grown outdoors, you can expect a harvest of about the same amount per plant, ready by the end of September or early October. One of the most exciting and appreciated qualities of Runtz is, of course, its high. As a very balanced hybrid, Runtz gives you the best of both worlds. You will experience a deep and relaxing physical sensation, but not in a couch-lock way. Expect to feel euphoric, uplifted, and creative, without the paranoia and anxiety that sometimes accompany it. And don't be fooled by the term "very balanced" – Runtz is as potent as it gets! Its buds are packed with a stunning 27% THC! So take it easy with this creamy and smooth smoke, as you will be soaring for hours. But what about the taste and aroma? Well, we saved the best for last, you know?! Runtz got its name for a reason. Sticking your nose deep into a bag of Runtz is exactly like smelling a bag full of candy – it smells incredibly fruity! This is the kind of smoke that is hard to share and that your friends will envy you for. It tastes so good. Welcome to the candy factory! Do you want to experience this spectacular aroma for yourself? Then get this rare cannabis treasure. We hope you will love it as much as we do! Gruenerfinger85 Hello everyone, I hope you had a nice week. Everything is going as it should for me, the Runtz from Zamesia has reached a height of 57cm and the Orange Bud from Dutch Passion is 68cm tall. Both look happy and satisfied, a happy grow means satisfied plants. The buds are starting to gain size more and more each day. My mouth is already watering when I think about the delights. 😋🤣🤣 Thank you for your support and interest in liking, following, and commenting. I wish you a pleasant week and good harvests.

Gruenerfinger85 Hello everyone. I've noticed that I'm a bit behind on the grow report. Runtz from Zamesia: 59cm tall Orange Bud from Dutch Passion: 70cm tall The Runtz isn't growing much in height, but the side branches are getting longer. If this keeps up, I'll have to tie the sides down so they don't hang too low under the heavy weight. The Orange Bud has reached a good height, just like the sides. The buds are developing very well on both plants, and I'm very satisfied with how the grow is going; my expectations are high. I'm seriously in love with the Orange Bud from Dutch Passion; I find this strain simply incredible. The folks at Dutch Passion have created a strong and robust variety. I can't say much about the Runtz yet since I'm growing this strain for the first time. But what I've seen so far makes my heart race. If the smoking experience is as good as the growth, then cheers to that. Thanks for your interest and for liking, following, and commenting. I wish each of you a good week and bountiful harvests.

Gruenerfinger85 Hello everyone. We are currently in week 14 and slowly approaching the end. The buds have developed into real beauties and are still not at the finish line; the next phase will be when the buds start to gain volume, and the trichome production is in full swing. This coming Saturday, I will start flushing. That's it for now; I will check in again when something happens. Thank you very much for your interest and for liking, following, and commenting.

Gruenerfinger85 Hi folks So, these two beautiful ladies have reached the end of week 7 of flowering. I am very satisfied with how the development has progressed in the individual weekly periods for both plants. There were no problems at all, neither with the nutrients nor the growing medium, and the environmental conditions weren't always favorable, yet the plants were not impressed by that. This tells me that these are two exceptionally good genetics with years of experience behind them. I'm not surprised since both breeders have been around for a long time. I am always impressed by the Orange Bud, both in terms of growth and effect, not to mention the orange tree scent that fills the entire room. As for the Runtz from Zamesia, I can't say much yet since this is my first run with her. What I can definitely say is that she has a very sweet smell and a nice growth pattern even though she is untrained. In the next run with this strain, I will implement some training for her. The Orange Bud is listed with a flowering time of 8 weeks. She is already showing signs of being ready for harvest; the trichomes are all milky (cloudy). The Runtz was indicated with a flowering time of only 8-9 weeks. She is also showing signs of being ready for harvest. This time, I will harvest the plants at the peak of their THC production. That means I will leave them in darkness for 48 hours starting today to prepare the plants for harvesting. Even though the environmental conditions weren't always optimal, these strains handled it well. This tells me that a lot of love, attention, and experienced work went into them. I will provide the final height afterward. I thank you all for your interest and your great support, and for liking and following. I really appreciate you taking the time to read my diary, which I hope is interesting and helpful to some. I think the community here is really great because there are wonderful people around, and all of this wouldn't be possible without the fantastic team at Growdiaries. Thank you for your great work, thank you. I wish everyone a nice and successful week, and good, bountiful harvests.

Gruenerfinger85 My summary is that I am very impressed with this strain and I look forward to trying it. It may not produce record yields, but that doesn't matter as long as everything else is right. I'm glad this website exists and that there's a really cool community. I really appreciate that you can exchange experiences and information with other people here. I'm sure some friendships have formed as well. What I find really nice is that you can be in direct contact with the manufacturers, whether it's about lights, nutrients, or seeds. And that it all happens on an equal level. So back to the strain, if I had the means, I would expand further to grow a mother plant from this amazing strain. Unfortunately, the expansion has to wait since, as I said, I'm currently lacking the means, but I'm happy and grateful that I have the opportunity to try out many extraordinary strains. Someday I'll get into saving genetics, crossing, cloning, and breeding; that's a topic that has really piqued my curiosity and I've dabbled in a bit. I think I've said enough and haven't bored you. Thank you for your support and interest, liking, following, and commenting. I wish you a nice evening, and we'll talk again soon.

Gruenerfinger85 Growing this strain is always a huge fun. It's a very robust and disease-resistant variety, and this strain is suitable for all kinds of training techniques. It emits a sweet orange scent early in the flowering stage. The flowering time is very short at 56 days. The yield is also quite impressive. It was once again a pleasure to watch this flower grow. I can only recommend this variety to every enthusiast. Great strain, Dutch Passion.

Always nice to see when it comes to an end, but at the same time, it's always a shame to say goodbye to the favorite. The lady looks great 👌 Thank you for your kind words. Let's grow together ❤️💛💚

@GrowWithFlow, Yes, I always find that a shame, but I'm also as excited as a kid. And I'm looking forward to the drying and subsequent trimming.
