@XII_XII_EarlyRaver, I soak the seeds overnight in water, where I have mixed in kelp powder, as multiple studies have shown how kelp benefits germination and seedlings. After soaking the seed for around 12 hours, I plant it in a peat plug that has also been soaked with kelp water. I have had a 100% germination rate since I started doing it this way, and germination usually takes around 48 hours.
