12/12 seeds sprouted. Moved in to 2 inch rockwool cubes and soon to 4" and when roots are showing, will move them in to the two NFT GT424 systems.
4x4 space filled with lights, can't wait to see the outcome.
Day 3:
Most seedlings had this weird coating that prevented cotyledons to open up. Removed the coating manually, and 11/12 of them seems to be okey. Some roots are already showing on bottom of the small cubes.
Starting to count vegetive now. I don't know if I'm just impatient or is these little girls bit slow... Anyway, they are growing so I'm not worried🤗
Next time I'll update when every larger cube have roots on bottom and plants are ready to go.
Had lot of problems, leaves were dying and growth were slow. Now everything is better. Did some lst, but I think I'm going to let them grow pretty naturally.
Some genotypes are great. Some aren't. Give 10 still, because 20% of them were so good. Also, my motivation has something to do with the result, it's my fault.
I'm so sorry guys. Had bad times and lost motivation, I don't want to grow autoflowers ever again.
Result is fine, I think, but growing was super difficult, because every plant were different and required different things. Also the tent height was too low, and needed to use like 50% of the light power and still leaves burned badly.
I just wanted everything to be perfect, like it is here always. I envy and respect you really motivated and awesome growers so much.
So, this was far from perfect.
- never changed the nft water (usually change only when flip to flower)
- didn't use EC/PH Meter. Just relied on my experience
- Only 2 of them growed good way
The best one is showing on those photos that shows chopped plant. I loved that one, I did pretty much nothing and it was so easy and wanted to grow so badly. Even the small bottom branches growed like crazy and were as tall as the whole plant. (No topping)
One plant was SO big also, and the trunk was very thick. But never flowered, "preflowers" almost looked like real bud.
Loved some genotypes and If it would be sure to have those, I would love to grow this strain again. Sadly, there were too much variations. Mine were:
- 30% small, Indica like bushy plants
- 50% tall, sativa like plants with thin leaves and long internode space
> 20% HUGE growers, perfect hybrid
Will update details about harvest later.
Sorry again.
@HydroHerb420,
Uhm, I've usually done this setup with photoperiod strains and SCROG with 3 plants each system.
First time trying these modern autos and don't expect that much, so I want to be sure.
Also didn't expect 100% germination rate... So yeah, I'll try this out.
Your grow looks amazing, hopefully mine will be as succesful.
Can't win them all man but definitely looks like had some nice results even with the issues hopefully smoke is good 👌 definitely know the feeling of things not going as planned but always next run to even the score but either way I'd still be fairly happy with the looks of those girls
@Seedtoweed,
Yeah, I just hated the early growth, because it was so stunted and some of the plants were super small and leaves looked so weird.
And you're right. This was new setup, so I know now what I can do better.
I think I'll try 6 plants for next run. And use photoperiod strain (around 5 weeks veg) with SCROG net, so lights won't burn plants.
Also have to find my EC meter or buy new one...
My dream is to have great mother plant, so maybe I start to working on that.
Thank you for your comment and have a great day! :)
35 % humidity at this stage is too low. I would raise it by 30 percent more. Second thing why are your plants wet? I can see it by second picture.
Happy growing 🌱.
