Mon Jan 30 - The plants are looking good. I'm really hoping the 2 plants that seem a tad behind in producing buds would catch up, but
I don't think that's how it works.
- the 2 further along plants are looking good. And they are definitely about 1 to 2 weeks ahead of the other 2
- the plants are much shorter than the AK-47's but that's the strain
- The plants are about 19 inches high
- I've also noticed that I probably could have fed the plants and it only been 2 days since the last feeding. I guess some of the
additional nutrients are causing the plants to absorb the nutrients faster and better. RapidStart would have created bigger
roots, Diamond Nectar makes the plant take more nutrients up, and KoolBloom is a supposed to bulk up the buds. So, these
things could be causing the plants to uptake more nurtients and dry out the soil faster.
Tue Jan 31 - I watered the plants with CannaMax Silica, RapidStart, Diamond Nectar, CalMag, Flora Micro, Grow, Bloom, and KoolBloom
- based on what I noticed yesterday with the soil being totally dry, I will adjust the feeding schedule to every 2 days and see
what happens. I'll be sure to watch for nutrient toxicity
- So far, I'm still not seeing any nutrient toxicity with the current feedings, they are handling the additional nutrients well
- Again, I now do not need to PH the water down as the Silica amount is now lower, and I'm adding the 3 base nutrients
which adjust the PH down to 6.5 automatically
Thu Feb 2 - This is 2 days from the last feeding. I'm going to see how the plants handle the nutrients. If it's too much, then I'll either do
a water feeding, then nutrient feeding or a heavy nutrient feeding and a light nutrient feeding. It all depends on the
level of nutrient toxicity, if any, that I see.
- I fed the plants CannaMax Silica, RapidStart, Diamond Nectar, CalMag, Flora Micro, Grow, Bloom, and KoolBloom
- I noticed that the plants soil was a dry as can be. I assume it really is the plants that are absorbing the nutrients due to the
nutrient cocktail they are receiving as some of them are likely causing them to absorb the nutrients. I don't think it's the
humidity level as I've got it set to 55°
Sat Feb 4 - The soil is as dry as a bone again! I fed the plants their
- I fed the plants CannaMax Silica, RapidStart, Diamond Nectar, CalMag, Flora Micro, Grow, Bloom, and KoolBloom
- The plants are not showing any sign of nutrient toxicity nor nutrient deficiency.
- The buds are building up nicely. I've very excited to see if the buds end up getting bigger than previous grows since I'm
using supplemental nutrients.
- In my previous grows, I got 2 ounces per plant for the photoperiods and 1 ounce per plant for the autoflowers.
- One thing I've done differently for this grow is not defoliated these plants are previous grows. I'm curious what the higher
colas will look like. I assume there will be a bit of sacrifice for the lower colas. I'll do an analysis of the weight to height ratio
