This is a phosphorus deficiency .... and you need to take action quickly. Since you don't give information on the pH you're maintaining, I'm going to guess that this is the problem... a pH that's out of a good range... it should be between 6.0 and 6.5 for good absorption of all nutes.
You'll need to flush your plant (3x the pot volume of pH'd water) and then plan a course of better nutrition but most importantly, make absolutely certain the pH of EVERYTHING you give them is between 6.0 and 6.5.
