I only got to sample uncured bud quick-dried in the oven. The plant looks and smells amazing, but I cannot comment on the terpene profile or the effects. We got mold when drying due to very humid air and not enough airflow.
I've been using their products for many years in small quantities as part of my outdoor feeding program. I absolutely do not like using them as a base for indoor growing.
- I think the results are subpar compared to a lot of other synthetic liquid fertilizers I've tried.
- I think the dilution ratio is too high.
- I think the cost per unit is much too high. a 32oz bottle will last me about 2 or 3 months with a continuous liquid feed program, whereas some other, even single-part solutions of the same volume would not even be half empty in that time.
- I am not a huge fan of liquid fertilizers in general, and I want to migrate away from them.
- Big Bloom is absolutely worthless to me. I've seen much better results even without it after a few dozen seedlings.
- The recommended dosages seem to have been chosen to maximize profit. Even 1/4 of that is fine for an entire photoperiod grow without deficiencies, producing dense beautiful harvests in the proper growing conditions.
It just doesn't seem like a good product to me after REALLY trying to use it during my new indoor attempts with all the bottles I have accumulated from outdoor work.
I'm using it just because I have it. It was recommended to me at a time when I thought liquid fertilizers would be my thing, but I am too old for a manually-applied continuous liquid feed program, and too poor for automation or additional equipment.
I can't say I have noticed an improvement really, because the few indoor harvests I did before using this product hermaphrodited, and I didn't get to really compare anything.
I'll continue using this product until I decide to fully transition away from liquid fertilizers, because it definitely doesn't seem to hurt, and I like what I see (and smell) from my harvest now drying.
I really do not like liquid fertilizers at all, but if I had to use one, it would be this one. I absolutely love it.
It's thick like syrup, and a little goes a long way.
It's cheap for the volume you get, and the serving quantity per gallon required for different stages of growth.
I have never had a nutritional deficiency or abundance problem across a dozen cultivars grown indoor thus far, except one occurrence where I was sick in bed and they didn't get food in time :)
It's one part. You don't need anything else for blooming. Infact, it is specifically designed to not be used with anything else.
It can be used in almost all growing setups. hydro, aero, coco coir with frequent fertigation, soils. It doesn't matter. Don't let the brand name fool you. Read the product information and try it in soil. I had excellent results in both hydro/coco and potting soil mixes.
What more do you want from a fertilizer? This ticks all the boxes.
It's a light. It was cheap. And it got my plant to the late vegetative state when it was time to leave the toys behind :) Good for what it does, and the fine-grained dimming support is a bonus.
The best grow light I have used out of 6. Makes a huge difference compared to my previous cheap 100-150W lights. The buds really develop so much denser and never complain about being too close, even at max brightness.
Well folks, today is the end of day 69 from seed, and she was chopped.
I actually thought today was day 70, but looking at my calendar I just see that my sleep schedule is just not aligned with her's :)

@love_2_grow, also grew this strain and has been giving me lots of good advice, so props to him, and go check out his version. He actually grew it using about 50W, and in a fully-automated living soil and watering system.
Also, I would like to sincerely thank @love_2_grow for another reason:
He is the reason I am still here, on GrowDiaries, and still growing indoor. I was seriously ready to quit a few months ago, due to being scammed by @LegacyMarketFarm and just seeing how toxic some people on the Internet can be, specifically going out of their way to target a poor family trying to do this for medicine.
@love_2_grow went out of their way to the point where, well, I was sort of in tears from the emotional rollercoaster of dealing with everything, and the generosity of him after the fact. He was the one that purchased this Mars Hydro FC3000 of mine, and I appreciate it more than anyone could know. Nobody has done anything this nice for us before, and it means a whole hell of a lot to us, because two people in my family actually need this plant for medicine now, and the random chance with our outdoor harvests has not been cutting it (I swear, if I find that woodchuck this year...).
So thank you @love_2_grow for this. It means a lot!
Send some grow love to him for me, k? :)

This is the first harvest of mine that seems to be a success, after 6 months and approximately 40 plants, most all destroyed because of hermaphroditism or environment problems. This also happens to be my first autoflowering cultivar harvest. The first autoflower seed I grew from Fast Buds turned out to be a male. I wasn't very happy with the odds of that happening to me, but here we are with a keeper.
I do not have a very good ambient environment this time of year here, and I lack the proper equipment for a good dry room. I learned this the hard way last time, with bud rot forming after drying, not before.
This time around, I'm not taking any chances, even if it means sacrificing some flavor. I am not hanging her to dry. I cut all flower from stems, and will air dry it on screens, keeping a close eye on humidity and introducing light or more heat if need be. It is what it is. I just want some medicine this year. I can't take anymore chances, especially for my dad's sake.
The aroma is crazy strong. A nice blend of lemon and diesel, with some floral (lilac maybe?) notes to it. Definitely unique, even for the ubiquitous lemon/diesel terpene profile.
On the scale we have:
175g wet bud with <3mm stems
38g wet stems
4g wet leaf
Be back in a week or two with a first sample before the final cure. Thanks for stopping by, and thanks to all the growmies that gave me the support to push through so many failures.
@Hydro_Hiebs, Yes, I do think she is very pretty myself! She still has about 2-3 more weeks left. I made 2 mistakes that both cost her a week in time. 1) Early in flower she was neglected without food or water for a week, and then it took another week to get her back on her feet. 2) Due to space concerns, she was veg'd under 18h, and until last week was flowered under 12h. Since there are no longer any photoperiods blooming with her, last week I began incrementing her daylight hours, and paying attention to PPFD and tip burn. As of today, she is back up to 18h of light per day. In the last few days I have seen a noticeable improvement when she found the missing energy she was looking for.
Basically she lost at least a week from lack of food, and lost at least a week from not reaching her expected DLI for a while.
