Seed soaked 2 beans feb 13. Directly into substrate feb 14. Black kush didn’t make it, soaked another feb 17….been lazy and giving filtered water the first few weeks and just started feed/tea recently.
Gonna grow out 10 colas per plant.
Will be adding a 4’ uvb bulb from Solacure this run. I hear good things about adding uv, excited to try it out. Thank you @silverback_guerilla for the recommendation.
That’s all for now. I’ll post more pics soon. Thanks for stopping by.
Training is going ok. Trying to keep them short and stout. Plants are root bound, will up-pot and move into tent next week

Black Kush seed soaked feb 18.
Welcome back to another week.
Finally got off my lazy ass and cleaned the tent and everything in it. 70% alcohol spray and wipe followed by another wipe down with 3% h2o2. Washed carbon exhaust pre-filter, intake filter, floor tray, saucers, risers, fabric pots …it’s not 100% sterilized hyper clean to satisfy my inner ocd but it’ll do.
Solacure 4’ Flower Power uvb light installed and ready to rock and roll.
Coco has been cooking for 2+ months and smells so good. Grabbed a 30L bag of Gaia Green worm castings and a jar of DEM Lush Roots and mixed in just before transplant. OneShot and some more Lush Roots into the potting hole. Watered with cal/mag and SLF.
Transplanted March 26.

Started off the week with insect frass tea. Top dressed with 1/2cup of worm castings and 1/3cup of OneShot and chased it down with some instant tea. Things are looking pretty good 5 days after transplant. Only have the one SP3000 on at 75% for now, once they spread out I’ll turn on the 2nd one…should be able to flip in a couple of weeks.

Defol and pruned twice this week, ….last day of veg today. Will be flipping tomorrow.
Lights are about 7” away at 75% and will increase to 90% and turn on the solacure uvb….2hrs a day and increase from there.
All out of instant microbe bloom tea and unable to get more so will be brewing some Dragonfly Earth Medicine Fat Flowers. I hear good things about this products and didn’t have to pay customs/brokerage fees.
Stoked to see how this run turns out.

Started off week one by forgetting to switch the timer from ON to TIME and had the uv on for 8hrs. Supposed to start off at 2hrs and move up from there.
Relieved to see no crazy damage after a few days, I still gave them 2.15hrs/day for the remainder of the week and might up it to 3hrs by end of next week but we’ll see….I’ll prolly never forget to set the timer again.
Pair of SP3000s turned up to 95% and all lights are 6” away for now.
Mixing nectar bottles like a mad scientist, it’s become second nature. Ended off the week with a top dress of OneShot (90ml per pot) and a brewed tea. First time using Dragonfly Earth Medicine, so far so good.

Buds are stacking nice. Not a lot of stretch. Pink milk is built like broccoli.
Flower Power uv is on 3hrs a day. SP3000s are at 100%. Noticing some stress on the tips on black kush, dialing uv back 30min to 2.5hrs next week. Gotta raise up pink milk some more.
Feeding every other day 1 gallon each pot (not all bottles at once), followed by a tea (brewed 48hrs, 1 gallon each) once a week…Lather. Rinse. Repeat.
I should win a gold trophy for using the most nutes 🏅🏆🥇
Gonna defol next few days.
That’s all for now. Thanks for stopping by and for all the support.

All pics taken day 27.
I think I burnt the tops of Black Kush, leaf tips aren’t crispy or dry, just curled. I think I caught it on time. Dialed back uvb to 2hrs a day…12” away from canopy, lights are about 10” away at 80%.
Trichs are everywhere on black kush. Smells like orange gummy bears.
Pink Milk is built like a a tree and is taking uvb like champ. Not as frosty or smelly yet.

Pics and vid taken day 33
Pink Milk - starting to frost up and stacked like a tank. Smells like a candy store with a lil bit of teatree.
Black Kush - I didn’t burn shit, no spots, no necrosis, no bleaching. Leaf curling is just the way she grows. Frosting up like crazy. Smells like orange gummy bears and the kush smell is coming in hard and strong the past few days.
Uv back up to 2.5hrs a day. I think I’ll just leave it at that.
Dialing down to mid flower feed for a couple of more weeks. I hate mixing nectar.

I can almost see the finish line but damn I see some soil mites and spring tails, and sticky traps are catching midges….I blame the warm/hot weather, had my windows open pretty much 24/7 the past month. Thankfully no fungus gnats or powdery mildew.
Trichs galore on Black Kush, smells like pine sol and skunky gas. Pink Milk is dumb thicc, smells like orange cream popsicle. When I have the tent open my entire place reeks. I love it.

I’m an idiot, I thought I was approaching day 63 this coming Saturday but only approaching end of week 8, I counted flip day (April 15) as week 1. Feed schedule out of whack past week. I’ve been giving just ph’d (cold) water last two waterings cuz trichs are pretty much all cloudy with some amber, I guess it’s back to ripening feed for a few days.
All pics taken today…June 8, day 54.

Day 62….they’re fading, frosted out and pretty much done, water only for the few days then chop early/mid next week.

Not the best yield but some of the best (top 3 at least) I’ve smoked in my life. Taking a break for a few weeks to enjoy summer and not stress about plants.
