2nd grow in current closet 3rd overall. 1st successful grow in this closet was auto, all 4 of these are herm seeds from medical breeders in my state
3-22 transplanted into final 2 gal pots. Only 1 plants original roots were disturbed (marked) and all other plants seemed to continue to grow without skipping a step.
The other one stalled a little. All plants 1st round leaves were cut on the 23rd.
Used bb to wet soil prior to transplant and once in pot atted tiny amount of grow big and water. Today (24th)added calmag.

I noticed that today, Tuesday, the second day of the 4th week of flower; that two bud colas have begun to turn amber. Is this ok or some issue? Nothing else on plant turned and those 2 sites seem to be overly ripe if the rest started nothing else is noticable.

if you watch entire time you will see amber early on... but it clearly is not ripe.
looks like soem wind burn on pistils.. or possibly pollinated. if oyu don't see any nanners or sacs it's more likely wind-related.
ah, when you say amber are you referring to the pistils / hair-like projections? usually 'amber' is reserved for describing trichomes. those are ripening at all times throughout grow, so you can see amber triches earlly if looking early.
