When should I defoliate her? I think after transitioning to the flowering stage, but she needs as soon as possible Imo. What would be your advices?

1 week before flowering or 2/3 weeks after flowering becouse any plant when flower grow a lot .. let say is 10 weeks till finish 4 veg 6 flower soo good time to defoliate week 4 and week 7 just don't over do it 😎 I hope this help
