Hi Friends,
This week, I took some time to redistribute my branches so that they receive steady light coverage across. I found out that there were many fan leaves that had died within my canopy so it had a high risk for causing mold! I immediately removed them and cleaned up the grow space.
After removing the fan leaves, I redirected my fans and tied down any branch that might be too big. The trichome production is really starting to take off and I can finally smell some of those sweet tones that is spoken of with this strain.
On the bright side, growth seems to have really slowed down! There has definitely been a lot of stress with this plant, but I have learned patience and resilience so hopefully in 6 more weeks I’ll be harvesting my beautiful big colas!
Nothing has changed in the watering schedule.
Enjoy 😉
I've never known that in the last weeks they need less water, unless the temperature drops and they transpire less. As for humidity, during lights out it rises because most of the time the temperature drops during that time. Remember that RELATIVE HUMIDITY varies with temperature, since colder air has a lower due point, as the temporada drops the RH rises.
Looking good my friend . Hope all goes well with the grow. Interested in seeing how your scrog fills. I’m on my first grow trying to scrog. I’ll pull up a chair and follow.
@ROM101, thank you so much! Im not going to lie i read that about the strain too, but so far it looks loke i should have 1 week or 2 left so fingers crossed!
@Reaper, thanks for the suggestion, I’m planning to use a liquid transfer pump to get the water in and of the bucket. I’ll post a picture when I get a chance.
