Would be a good idea to add some worm castings when the pre flowers appear to give a boost in nitrogen for the stretch. She took the training well, but did what she wanted to do anyway. Make sure to leave a little extra stem when topping or wait until the stem is thicker.

@SlowpokeFuegobud, thank you, I made them with a silicone ice cube mold I found at HomeGoods. Each rose is about a quarter cup.
