I.H.G Freebie grow

IG very quite on this project D freebie so I'lol run these see how they do. 4 beans 1/1 indistilled H20 - 3/3 IN R.O. ph5.5-72Hrs all cracked. Transferring to peat Jiffy's.

Only 1/3 in RO grew. 2 just stalled in jiffy pellet so binned. The 1 is smaller than first PD seed at day 8. Guessing because I potted up to 1l much quicker. Will stick to distilled in future. Feeding gen200 grow & control. Day 16 potted up to 3L as roots growing out bottom. Tolerating grow & control at recommend dose. Day mine starts that feed now.

Day 16. I'll chart the bigger of the two. Littlen is just a mini me. All my regs have been sexed and they is females, hurrah. Compared to my indica Zilky zmooths you can see project D's wider internodal space. I'm going to need to fim or top. Have LST'd for now. She is one 1/2 dose away from full feed.

week 4. My HST was poor didn't want to top unknown strain. Will persevere. Now on full feed + micro mutes. Plan: fed today repot tomorrow to 8L final pot. Plan to use autopot (easygrow) as work patten prevents regular feed during flower. Using 300w prakasa led cob power draw =300w. UPDATE... Repotted to final 8l pot. Both are very well no problems at present. Larger one had a well formed root ball smells is modest. Very thick and juicey stems and branches. The younger one is slow to catch up repotted before she had filled the 3L pot but she is happy! Will flip to 12/12 in next few day

P.D. No.1 and 2 Are couple days apart. Flipped on day 32 for no.1 which was day 25 for no. 2. No.1 is getting leggy. Pink/purple tinge to stems of her fan leaves. No 2. Is still short width is developing but height not catching up. (I suspect this could be male) No excess or deficit at present noted on foliage. Set up is 2 twin auto pots and one single. Have a 40l reservoir (for twins) & 25 l reservoir for singles (I can manage closer feeding ><) Have stared feed regime from scratch building up as ppms went through roof when I put pH down in reservoir. My tap ppns can fluctuate from 300 to 550 and yep...1st time filling 40 l res taps was chucking out 550. Weekend & hydro shop shut (I don't use cal mag) so ratio was 3/4 RO - 1/4 tap then with just 1/2 dose of grow nute ppm was 1000 pH 6.1. Left that just as it was plants love it. Will get better pics of 1&2 and post in next few days. (Old phone so pics bit poor quality)

8 days since flip and a whole lotta balls turned up to the party. This is the 1st and biggest of the PD. Have removed it from tent. 2nd pd is younger, flipped on same day has suspicious growths starting. Considering next move. Edit: chopped and Binned PD1. PD2 is female no balls to be found. She's short and squat just like 1 so I am just waiting for any intersex trait as I have defo stressed her FMD'd her 5 days ago, a case of mistaken identity, (note to self: don't go into tent when tired & high)

PD2 is slow to drink & grow. No sign of nuts. Squat plant with thick stem & tons of growth inside/under the canopy. I'm not training it as I don't want to stress it. Am on 50/50 grow &bloom at 1/2 recommended dose because she looks just fine on it. I have included terpinator & pk boost as I did it on my 1st grow (Ami haze) and the THC is still glistening in their jars. smell is faint & only when handling her. Her pistils are tiny, even with a loop. Maybe the D stands for diminutive. Just glad it don't stand for dude!

After searching tons of IG post I believe PROJECT D = SILKY JOHNSON X PURPLE PUNCH. Seems right as she's tall fruity to smell but leaf rub seems more kushy also on each branch the highest 2 fan leaves purpling.

Project D = silky Johnson x purple punch thanks for help from eyestaylow1 & Urban green birmingmam. Smell is a soft fruit perfume fragrance with a hash background. Stems all solid no further stretch. Not proper lateral branching they came about 45o but wide enough space I still leave alone just leaf tucking. Very happy she is a great complement for zilky smooth stepped down the terpinator. Don't want to overshadow their natural scent. EDIT mid -flower flush with 8L RO h20 pH 5.8. Run off= ph5.6 ppms= 450. Ppms seem low am guessing she is absorbing lots of nutrients. Will up ppm of feed to 850 on next resovoir change

IHG post on IG stated project D = Royal Kush x Silky johnson. I upped the ppm's by 100 after mid flower flush. She really is a stunning plant purpleing up lovely (average temp = 20.c) Very strong branches. Buds are slowly getting covered with tric's. Smell is slowly developing that fragrance has died down, that's the other reason I've upped nutes. Found two small balls on the female ZZ in same tent As PD. 1 was closed 1 open I sprayed every withH20 chopped balls. Wait & see. Hopefully this point in flower might not cause too much damage.

No balls! Frosting up. Very strong branches. Lowered feed back to 750 as a wee bit of mute burn just on leaf tips. I'll get some better picks during week.

Week 8. She is starting to autumn off. From 1 or 2 bottom fans turning yellow now more are turning. Trics are milky. Will flush with R.O. PH 5.8. Then feed ppm150 for 2 days then drop to 0 . I estimate 10 days till chop. She's a straight forward kush princess. Graceful, looks serene and never does anything but shine.

Flushing down to ?100 ppm then chop after 2 days. RS & 1 ZZ hanging now. Popped hand in tent squeezed each. Project D is a sticky beeeehach!!!!

Happy with the harvest. Size and smell were so good I am now searching for Royal Silk seeds. Have not even smoked any yet.
