New grower - Wedding Cheesecake Auto

This week I removed the plastic bag covering the pot. I noticed the leaves had a few water droplets hanging off of them, so I figured it was a bit much of moisture inside the bag? I'm doing a sunrise/sunset time structure with my lights so that the plants can get used to natural light and darkness schedules for outside. Sunrises about 6:15am, gets dark around 8:55pm, so I turn my lights on at 6:15, and off about 8:55pm. Advice on if that's wise or not? Figured it's the best way to get it accustomed to outdoors instead of 18 hours light which isn't what outdoor sun schedule is? One of her first leaves is a little droopy. Over or underwatering? The soil I'm using is a water-only nutrient rich soil, so deep in the soil it feels cool and moist but not wet, so it's been a little hard to tell if it's water moisture or just from soil nutes? That being said, I've just been doing mist sprays around the edges and field of soil, leaving about 3 cm close to stem, dryer, which is what I've been told to do when watering seedlings.
