Hello my Friends,
Welcome to my Cherry Passion diary for the Dutch Passion contest. Thank you Dutch Paddion for letting me take part im really looking forward to trying these genetics.
First Bean i popped in water and shes popped after 48 hours with no problems, im starting her inside and she'll go out after a couple of weeks when shes strong enough.
Thats all from me for now, thanks for stopping by 😊✌️
Happy Midweek Friends,
Well from sprout shes taken off quite nicely this week. Shes a bit leggy as id turned the light down thinking that another seedling maybe burnt, it wasn't but thats another story.
Really happy with growth, second set of true leaves are just starting and she looks nice and happy 😊
Thats all from me this week, thanks for stopping by 😊✌️
Happy Friday Peeps,
Ive transplanted my gal into a large pot a couple of days ago, not leavingvit longer than weeks as recommended on the DP website.
Shes in a 3 gal pot now infused with Dynomyco and she went outside also when repotted, first time using the Dyno stuff so will be interesting to see how she grows.
Weve had a nice sunny days in the UK which is welcome and she seems happy in her new home.
Thats all from me this week, thanks for stopping by😊
Happy Friday Friends,
My Forbidden Cherry has had good growth this week, the UK weather has been fantastic and shes had sun all week.
Shes just had a feed today with the GHS short flowering powder at just over half strenth and ive also just pinned her down to start some lst 😊
Im trailing a new type of organic slug pellett which had wool in, apparently they dont like it underfoot, im growing little gem lettuce also atm and they seem to work well.
Everythings going well currently and happy with her progress.
Thays all from me this week, thanks for stopping by 😊✌️
Happy Weekend Friends,
My forbidden Cherrys had a crackin week, weve had another solid week of Sunshine in the UK which is practically unheard of 😊
Ive tied her down further and shaped a bit more, two leaves removed, one of which to give more light to the lower shoots for training and one which has had a leaf miner, others seem ok so just took that one out.
Shes responded well to the feed and growth is vigerous, stem is nice and chunky and il give another feed in the next couple of days.
Really pleased with this strain so far and lookin forward to her further development.
Thats all from me this week, thanks for stopping by 😊✌️
Happy Friday Friends,
My Cherys had a good week this week, shes really strong though and dosen't like being trained, shes broken out of her restraints a couple of times!
Weve had another solid week of of sun here amd shes beem growing away, there is slight burn showing on the leaf tips so no feed this week, but i will give her a weeker dose during the next week.
All in all happy with her progress but more work to be done with her shape.
Thats all from me this week, thanks for stopping by 😊✌️
Happy Weekend Friends,
Well we've had another lovely week of mostly sunshine here in the UK, couple of days of rain but not much.
My little Cherry has now gone into flower and the lovely purple has started to come through 😊
The internodal spacing has got very short at the top of the plant and i haven't tied her down any further just because it dosen't look like shes going to stretch, also the side branching hasn't stretched out much for further training so ive left her as is and can always ajust a bit further if need be.
Shes had a feed this week and theres a bit of yellowing on the lower leaves so may need more again this week, but apart from that shes looking good and can't wait to see further development of those purple nugs.
Thats all from me this week, thanks for stopping by 😊✌️
Happy Weekend Friends,
Weve had another mostly sunny week here in the UK, unfortunately there were a couple of wet days and during that time she endured a snail attack ☹️ Not to much damage but still annoying.
Rather than feed further ive had to give her a good flush as ive overfed and shes got nute burn, as i was feeding half strength gonna have to reduce further.
Apart from that shes doing well and loving her deep purple colours 😍
Thats all from me this week, thanks for stopping by 😊✌️
Hello My Friends,
Firstly sorry for the quality of the pics as i had to take these when it was hammering down with rain and they were a bit rushed.
Iits been a gloomy week here in the UK with mainly cloudy days although we have had two days of Sun. A beer trap has been deployed near her with budweiser and lots of salt in as she had another snail attack!
No feed for my gal this week after flushing her following burn and il propably ease her in next week at a greatly reduced dose, it might be just me but she dosen't seem to have bulked much lately but thats ok because shes purple and beautiful 😊
Thats all from me this week, thanks for stopping by 😊✌️
Happy Weekend Growmies,
Well its been another rainy cloudy week in the UK but we have had a couple of days of decent sun.
My little Cherry has started filling out a bit now and the main cola is looking nice and dense, her sub colas have also started filling out a bit more also 😊
For the past couple of weeks shes just had water due to the nute burn, i have given a shot of PK and Boost yesterday to help flower development but if i see any more burn symptoms i may have to flush again. I want to get the best from this strain but i would say shes definitely a light feeder.
We are forcast more rain next week and there is concern of budtot as she stacks but at the moment she seems to be coping just fine.
Thats all from me this week, thanks for stopping by 😊✌️
Happy Weekend Friends,
Apologies if some of the shots are a bit blurry this week as they were taken in windy conditions 😊 Its been a wed windy day here this week and shes only had one day of sun.
Despite this my little Cherrys been holding her own and shes puton a bit more bulk in the main and lower branches, but as shes so dense leaf wise its a bit difficult to show in the pics.
No feed at all as ive not had a chance with the continous rain but shes still lovin life and im lovin the Purps 😊
Thats all from me this week, thanks for stopping by 😊✌️
Happy Friday Friends,
Well my little passions had a better week this week with no high winds and a few days of sun 😊
Lower branches have bulked out a bit more and her main cola is nice and fat, the top part of her is just one solid mass and looking tasty
Shes a almost purple black colour and looking good with it, my gals maturing fast now and no more feed has been required. I think by the end of next week we could be harvesting, but we'll see.
Thats all from me, have a nice weekend 😊✌️
Happy Weekend Friends,
After another mixed week i gave her the chop last night on a dry and windy evening. Shes reached her fullest and was ready.
I would just like to say thank you too @DutchPassion_Official for letting me take part as i've really enjoyed this grow and watching her beautiful flowers develop.
She grew like a champ despite terrible weather conditions and this a strain definitely suited to the UK outdoors.
I did find a bit of budrot in the main cola and one of the others which i managed to cut out, but given the amount of rain sustained its hardly surprising and overall she stood up really well.
Trimming took ages as this gal is really dense with a high leaf to calyx ratio, but im left with what seems to be a really decent amount of solid purple 😊
Just got wait for this baby to dry now and then il give the final weight and smoke report in the coming weeks.
Until then i hope you've enjoyed this diary, thanks for stopping by 😊✌️
