Picked up an AC Infinity 4x4 tent setup at my local shop and the guys there were kind enough to sent me home with this little beauty as an added bonus! As I understand it’s a cross of Bahama Mama and Gary Payton. It’s a photo but my others I’ve started are all autos so I’m going to try and keep this thing down as much as possible until they can catch up. I’m planning on running 18/6 until the autos all get chopped then switching to 12/12 to finish her off. Not sure if that will cause any negative side effects but I’m going to find out!
Still tying and bending her down in every direction. I did some trimming around the bottom on all the main branches but nothing too drastic. She’s miles ahead of the autos. Hope they can catch up before she tries taking over the tent😆
She’s growing steady and solid. Did some more light defoliation around the bottom. She’s drinking 1 gallon about every other day now. I started alternating between just water and rhino skin then all the other nutes every other gallon
So I set up the plant on an ac infinity self watering pot base then left for 4 days. Definitely filled out more over that time. First signs of pistils showing. I’m not paying much attention to this one for now as long as shes looking healthy. Will do some defoliation at some point in the not too distant future
Moving along smooth. She’s a thirsty girl! Taking a gallon every other day. I’m doing plain water between feeding. Pistils are trying to form but I’m keeping the lights at 18/6 for the autos now in flower.
So predictably she outgrew my tent and I didn’t have the heart to chop her to bits just to keep taking up space so I brought her to a place she could be free and spread out in the hot ass southern summer sun!
Got her in to a 25gal pot and tied some branches down. She’s adjusted beautifully to the new location despite the heat wave we’ve had here. If nothing bad happens she’s going to be a producer. Lots and lots of shoots and branches for bud sights!
Caterpillars found her so we’ve been at war this past week. Looks like I’m winning for now but they definitely got some damage done. Mostly on the lower and newer growth so it’s not as bad as it could have been. I’m using Lost Coast Plant Therapy so far but I’ll get some neem oil if things aren’t resolved completely in the next couple days
Impresionante planta!
@Tmasm, Thank you soo much for the advice I was actually just reading about peroxide! I think I’ll give that a try before the neem oil as the plant is starting to grow buds now and I understand that should only be used on leaves. Also thanks for sharing your dosage info that’s very helpful!
