24 hrs of soaking the seed, then transferred to a damp paper towel and put in a ziplock bag. Ol' faithful. Have only had this not work one time since I started growing and that one time, the temps were extremely cold. So I believe that was the reason. Anyways, another 1st time strain for me and I'm excited to see what it brings! Stay tuned!
Week one went very well. I am doing something new with this one. Once the seed root was ready to plant, I mixed 3/4 tsp of Dynomyco with a Solo cup worth of Happy Frog soil. Presoaked the soil as usual and made the hole for the seed to go into. The remaining 1/4 tsp of Dynomyco I put into the hole and then planted the seed. Can't wait to see how this affects growth! I hear nothing but good things. From the look of things, it is growing pretty quick since breaking thru the soil! Stay tuned and Happy Growing!
Day 14. Everything is great. Will be looking at transplanting this little one to a 5 gal in the next week or so. No issues to speak of. So far the root system seems to have taken off and this one is loving life. Can't wait to see what the next few weeks bring! Stay tuned
Day 21. Transplant went well and this one is at home in the 5 gallon. Everything is going well, no issues to speak of. Used 4 tsp of Dynomyco mixed into the soil in the 5 gal. and put 1 tsp of Dynomyco in the transplant hole. Will let it live off of the water in the soil until it shows me it's thirsty.
