Hey!
I found something moving in the solution, when I was adding some water. I didn't really know what that was, nether know now. But I decided that they most likely not helpful for the plant, so I added some H2O2 to try kill it, it helped, when I was changing the solution next day, they didn't move anymore. I still added around 5 ml the top of the bucket's solution.
It should be a good idea to change the solution after that, I though. I also wanted to wash her roots and sponge from air pump, so I did it 7 times with absolutely clean water and only by the end it wasn't looking terribly dirty. Nice practice to have is rootwashing π
Actually, it'd be better if I wouldn't need to do that. But as I did it, I think it helped her.
Anyway I didn't stop cutting her, since I was doing it slow, now I cut off some lower branches that had already or would have in the future light deficit. So, now she looks kind of lollipoped too, I guess.
It's better now, it was a hot week also. Even I'm growing indoor, actually air-condition is quiet far, and I didn't know how to use it properly.
Smell is super strong.
Ok. I've got an idea about 8 colas positions. You can make 8 holes in the pot cap and put a toothstick in each. Then fix the colas in the right directions with the threads
@Dr_Anow, Yeah, that's a problem now, to properly handle it. Cause the plant pulls out my strings every day and I need to fix pretty often. Plus I'm running out of this strings already, so I might think about another method.
Actually I didn't understand, how I can use toothsticks, but some holes in a pot cap might be an idea π
Very nice looking plant, my friend! She looks very well after a move for sure! I feel the same way about grow tents. You don't need them. I just hung foil around my 4. Happy growing!
@inversi0n, I'm glad it's working for you well! I'm glad I was able to help ya out with that bit of info. It really helps and is so beneficial for your plant
@@Adam_Green, oh, thank you, man! I'm waiting for her so much, she have a loot of space to fill before harvest!
H2O2 also helps her to be the dominant organism in the solutionπ
I think she is looking great. Of the 5 I have, I only journal about 4 of them, it is taller than them. And that topping was beautiful. The way the arms grow out and how thick they are is impressive. I don't really have anything to say about the lighting schedule. I used 18/6 for veg and am flipping them to 12/12 now for flower. I think she looks really good, especially after a move.
@inversi0n, Mine are more bushy too. I even raised my lights to try and force them to stretch and they wouldn't. So if you find the secret lemme know lol. I hope she gives you a great yield even if she's bushy!
@@Adam_Green, Thank you for support π
It's my 2nd time trying to mainlaing the plant, i think i needed to stretch her more, because she's still becoming more bushy with leaves and secondary branchesπ
I'll try to experiment with the diet, have some ideas about it.
Nice to see the mainlaining is going great!!π She is extra thirsty bc you are 'training'her in this stage.. is xtra hard for her, mayb
But im sure she is in good hands with u and she will grow like a queenπ
@Hologram, Thank you very much!
That thirsty, that I'm filling the water on the bucket everyday nowπ
Yes, it should be harder for her to grow with that training for now. But I think, it's crucial to keep doing it, while she's on her veg.
Later she should be receiving only benefits from this. I hope π
holy crazy tech. i still learning how to grow a plants properly and fans of this technique so far, yours looking very massive
if you not mind, im curious about multiple times topping, is it because of hydroponic base is a big part of how she recovering well and veg period occurs? ( i usually see hydro plant take longer period in veg stage)
thank you π
@kardel, Thank you a lot!
Yes, with hydro plant has easier access to nutrients and air, so it allows them to grow and recover faster.
However, this veg time was long because I've done too much cuts, I guess
@Dr_Anow, Good bloody question.
In recommendations for Piranha and Voodoo juice they say, that it should be added at first couple of weeks of vegetation and at first couple of weeks of blooming.
I don't really understand why so, why is it bad to use bacterias at preflowering. But as I understand, the main idea is to boost root growing when needed excluded transition and late blooming phases.
So, I'm trying to maximize profit from it without big risk. Moreover i'm growing in hydro-system, so the bacterias should be still in a bucket))
Anyway, I'm not using it already, you'll see in the next week report π
@inversi0n, thats very good to hear ππ
when the end result tastes so nice, all the 'mistakes'u may have made .. make perfect sense now!! ππ
60gr dry for an auto is just π π!!
keep on Mainlining!!π
5 weeks into an auto with no site of pre flowers. I could be wrong but my guess is your going to have a monster fucking plant my friend. Happy growing stay positive
