All good things have to come to an end and let me say these two girls have made me a happy chap!
Pheno #1 definitely has potential and will be sticking around for a while.
Both plants grew well in the vegetive stage, although #2 didn’t appear to enjoy the LST and definitely slowed in growth and fell behind the others.
#1 bounced back from any pruning or LST almost immediately and had more vigorous growth out of the two.
#1 has rock solid buds that are a black/purple in colour with bright orange pistols, she’s absolutely coated in a thick layer of greasy trichomes and smells like a mixture of Varnish, sourness and a sharpe fruit smell that’s not very distinguishable at this point.
#2 has the most swollen calyx’s I’ve ever seen on a plant! Every single one swelled up! Her buds aren’t rock solid, but they are very firm to the touch.
She’s got a really sweet gassy smell that tickles the nose, getting a similar varnish smell as the other one, but definitely more sweet like Gelato.
I’ve got a couple of spare clones of this that il be running again soon for a second attempt.
Both plants have been cut into individual branches, all fan leaves have been removed and any leaf with a visible stalk.
They’ve been hung in my drying tent and will dry for 10-14 days.
I try and keep the RH around 55-60 and the temperature is out of my control it fluctuates with the weather, but will usually be anywhere between 20-24*c this time of year.
I’ll get some pictures of the buds and an update once everything is dry and in jars curing.
I’d like to thank everyone who has had a look, liked or commented on this diary, hope it’s been helpful.
Really enjoyed this grow, In-House Genetics have blown me away once again!
Until next time 🌱💚
@XII_XII_MrGreen,
Got loads of exciting ones in storage, just don’t have the space to set them going yet.
Just trying to find a decent mother to run 🌱💚
